*****Important! If you use my name, or any of my art for ai image generating, I will consider it art theft and will act accordingly. No one likes to have their work stolen or repurposed, so please don’t do it to mine.
*****Also important! As of July 2nd 2024, all of my pieces now have a stamp when they’re posted. If you see my work out in the wild and it is not posted by an account listed in my linktree, is not crediting me, is missing the stamp or any combination of the above, please note that it likely should not be there. If my work is posted to an account that is offering commissions and is NOT listed in my linktree, it is not me.
****If you are using or would like to use my work as a pfp (profile picture) please include my stamp (if it is somewhere it could be visible in a pfp), and be sure credit me as the artist.
-General-
-I DO NOT WORK OVER THE WEEKENDS!
-I have the right to refuse commissions
-I have the right to change these terms of service as I see fit
-PLEASE be respectful when commissioning me, I am just a person like you and everyone else.
-When commissioning me, be as detailed and descriptive as possible about what you’re looking for (send character references, pose references, etc.) unless you are allowing artistic freedom which should be clearly stated
-If you do not have a reference for your character, but do have existing art of them, please try to send an unshaded or minimally shaded piece if you have one or can get a hold of one.
-When commissioning me, please give me the species of all characters involved. If it is something from a video game or something similar, please provide a reference of the creature from the game as well.
-I do NOT work over the weekends or on holidays, this means: Do not expect commission updates or responses to messages. Yes, I have stated this twice.
-What does “I don’t work over the weekend” mean?-
-“I don’t work over the weekend” means I DO NOT work over the weekend
-Commissions are my JOB, and like many other jobs, the weekends, are my personal time
-No progress will be made on any commissions over the weekend
-You may message me, but I am not obligated to respond
-Don’t harass me/ get upset with me about not responding, or for updates to your commission
-Payment-
-I only accept payments in USD through PayPal
-I will not begin work on a commission until it has been paid in full
-Prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise
-If a commission type requires a patreon subscription, the subscription price is counted as an additional fee added to the commission price.
-Once a finished piece has been handed over, refunds are no longer an option.
-Edits/ Changes-
*Please note that the experimental commission type is the only one that does not include WIPs or progress shots for changes to be made. It is meant as a way for me to experiment with styles and ideas. It is a good commission type for those looking for a surprise, or for those that want something but aren’t sure what and are open to most things!*
-I am willing to make edits for free if:
-It applies to the phase I’m currently working on (i.e. minor pose/ expression/ major edits while sketching (not including a full resketch), minor edits in lining, color adjustments)
-An edit must be made to add a detail I missed ( i.e. markings, piercings, accessories)
-Only THREE (3) free edits will be allowed
-A full resketch of a piece will consume ALL of your free edits
-I will charge for an edit if:
-It affects a previous stage (i.e. pose change after I’ve begun/ finished lining, line changes after I’ve begun coloring or shading)
-Major pose, expression, or scenery changes after lining has begun
-You have exceeded the THREE (3) free changes for that stage
-Wills and Won’ts-
-I will draw:
-Furry characters (feral and anthro, species of all kinds)
-Fantasy creatures
-Complex creatures/ designs (I may charge complexity fees, which will be discussed privately)
-Violence, gore (18+), blood
-Non-explicit fetishes ((18+) will be considered case by case)
-Scenes and backgrounds
***NSFW (18+ Patrons only!)***
-I won’t draw:
-Explicit fetishes (vore, baby furs, scat, noncon, water sports etc..)
-Complicated architecture
-Complicated mechs/ machines
-Centaurs
-Humans
-Fan art
-Memes
-Political signs, symbols, or anything which relates to politics
-My characters in sexual situations with yours
-Euthanasia
-YCHs/ reuse completed pieces for your character
-Animal/ creature abuse or cruelty
-Animal/ creature slaughter
-Foot tickling
-Rules for NSFW pieces (Patrons only)(18+)
-Completed commissions are not to be posted anywhere, this includes being sent to group chats. I will post them only to my patreon
-Only Exception to above is if the piece is being sent to another artist to be used as reference
-If I find completed NSFW commissions posted anywhere that isn’t my patreon, you will no longer be allowed to commission me for such a piece
-Anyone attempting to assist a barred person in obtaining nsfw work of their character(s) at any point will be handled the same way
-Off limits kinks/ fettishes:
-Diapers/ scat/ children/ loli
-Vore
-Watersports/ urination
-Nonconsentual/ rape
-Necrophilia/ murder
-Agreement-
-By commissioning me, you are stating that you meet and have read and agree to my terms and conditions
-Upon commissioning me, you will state “I have read, meet, and agree to your terms and conditions”
-If you plan to post a commission that I’ve done for you on your own account as well, you MUST credit me
-You may not sell any of my work as I retain full rights to the art I produce (You obviously retain rights to your character)
-Commissioning me does NOT give my consent to use any produced works (paid or otherwise) in any form of ai or NFT. Using any such works in ai or NFT will be considered theft
-DO NOT CLAIM MY WORK AS YOUR OWN, OR ATTEMPT TO ADVERTISE YOURSELF/ YOUR “COMMISSIONS” USING MY WORK
