Terms of Service

Hi there! here is my commission terms of service.
Please read it carefully and make sure you agree to all these terms and conditions.The following describes my work process, provides information on what I agree and disagree to draw. I retain the right to terminate the commission in case the client violates this terms.
Feel free to ask me a question about anything.

1. Things I won’t draw:

-- Underage characters in sexual situations

2. Things I draw:

-- SFW
-- Human
-- Characters of any sex, age and gender
-- Characters of any sexual orientation and identity
-- Fanarts with franchise characters
-- Complex and simple backgrounds

3. Things I draw, but I don't have enough experience:

-- NSFW
-- Furry, fantastic races, aliens
-- Plot violence
-- Sex-related guro/gore content and vore
-- Guro with a lot of internal organs
-- Tentacles

If you aren’t sure if your request is on the allowed list, ask me a question in private messages.

4. Payments and refunds

-- Payment method:
1) From Paypal to Easystart
2) From the card to Hipolink
3) Directly to Paypal (but the first two options are preferable!)
-- Full prepayment is preferable. Work will not be started until prepayment is received.
-- If the cost is over $200, we can discuss a payment plan. After 50% prepayment I will make a sketch, but the rest of the work will be completed only after full payment is received.
-- Full refunds are possible only before I started working. Client can’t refuse the commission and make a refund after I’ve started working (made sketches). In this case, neither full nor partial refunds are allowed.

5. Rights/commercial use

Only for personal use. You cannot sell my works anywhere. You do not have permission to post or use any WIP images I send you either. But you can upload a watermarked version of the artwork and use it online in any non-commercial manner.
I reserve the right to use the illustration and the WIP images in any way I decide to use them. Private commissions (pictures will not be published anywhere) cost twice the original price!

6. Workflow

After payment I will send you a sketch for approval. Any changes can be applied.
After approving the sketch, I start coloring in turn. The maximum deadline is discussable, it may be a few months.
If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit.
I'll send the finished illustration by any way you want.

Starts from 90-150$ per one character.
Depends on difficulty.

If your character isn't human, price can be different. Please, send me your character references and we will discuss the price together!

Starts from 120-170$ per one character.

Fullbody illustration

Starts from 160-210$ per one character.
Depends on difficulty.

If your character isn't human, price can be different. Please, send me your character references and we will discuss the price together!

Background option

It starts at $20 for a simple one - and reaches about $120 for a complex detalized background.

But if you want specific/very detailed BG, price can be different. Please, send me your references and tell you idea, we will discuss the price together!
