How to commission me
Send me a note with your request, with the following information :
• Type of illustration (portrait or fullbody, colored, etc)
• Character reference, unless you wish a refsheet
• Type of pose, expression, etc
• Background : detailed or flat-colors / blurry
• Technique (digital or watercolor)
I'll note you back to tell you if everything is OK, and if so, I'll send you an invoice. After I get the first payment, I will start to draw.
You will get regular news about the progression : I'll send you the sketch for approval, then the lineart, flats, etc. Changes can be made during the sketch phase, but the more we advance, the more difficult it will get.
Deadline
It usually takes 1 month to complete a drawing, but it can be quicker or longer depending on the drawing's complexity and my schedule.
If you choose a watercolor painting, I'll send you a scan first, and then ship the illustration - the delivery time will depend on the post service.
Payment
• Paypal or Wise (bank transfer).
• Payment plans are possible if needed.
• For watercolor illustrations, a post fee will be added for shipping
• In case you ask for a lot of modifications during the process, it may lead to additional costs, for which you will be notified.
Further information
• Refunds : if you ask for a refund during the sketch phase, I will refund 50% of the price. As soon as the lineart phase starts, there will be no refunds.
• Please note that I may not accept a commission if the subject makes me unconfortable or is out of my skills' range.
• I will not lower my prices unless I make a special discount on my profile page. I live in one of the most expensive countries in the world and I've got more than 20 years of professional experience in the field - I'm very passionate about art, but I still need to pay my bills.
Copyright
According to the European laws, I'm the owner of the copyright of any illustration I create. You may share the drawings I make for you on social media (in this case, please credit me), print them for your own, give them as a gift, but you can't claim its ownership.
For commercial use, the prices will be different and we can discuss about your project (I am a Graphic Designer, so I'm familiar with selling logos, prints etc). |
