Looking for a Fursuit + Old Reddit Posts News!
Hello folks, and happy holidays! I have a rather short journal today because I just wanted to share a quick update on things that have been going on.
First and foremost, I've decided that I want to commission a full fursuit of Ringgar! I believe I am finally within the means to do so, and it's something I've always wanted to do. The whole fursuit commission process is totally new to me, so I am a bit intimidated. As of the time of writing, I am currently trying to do research on different fursuit creators out there. Who is available, where they are, what their style is, etc. I plan on having a digitrade fullsuit of Ringgar made. I'm open to any fursuit commissioning advice or maker referrals if anyone has any to share!
In other news, I recently went through my old reddit posts and deleted a bunch of them, including several posts from /r/furry. Reddit is where I started out as a furry 8 years ago, becoming a member of that community, and while I had my ups and downs there, I am still present within that community, though not as much as I was in the early days. I have left a note to self (or anyone else who comes across it) about what I deleted and why I deleted them here ---> https://www.reddit.com/user/Infamou....._posts_recent/
Last but not least, in regards to my job, I recently became fully employed at my current company after 3 years since I started my career. Previously, I worked for them as a contractor. As a full employee, I have better job security, which is the biggest thing for me. I don't know what the future holds for my career, whether I will stay there or look at Electrical Engineering positions at another company, but I am happy with this development regardless!
As for plans for the year ahead, I am hoping to be able to attend more conventions, and generally go out more. Be a little more adventurous; be more like Ringgar! I am hoping to make new, local friends as well, people whom I can hang out with in the real world. Big bonus points if said person happens to be a furry!
