Reminds me of something I heard a long time ago. High school girl made her science presentation on the cleanliness of public water sources. Included was ice from those soda fountains at a fast food place and toilet water from the school bathroom. The toilet water was vastly cleaner to other tested sources. Sure beats dunking the squeegee into the rolling bucket with water that has seen the dirty floors.
And far cheaper than my idea of coating it with that stuff they make Nintendo Switch cartridges with.
