Terms of Service
1. I have the right to use the Artwork(s) I have created however I see fit.
a. The most I will do with Original Works ( original characters / fan characters ). Will be to repost them onto other Art websites UNLESS the commissioner wishes for the commission to be private.
b. I have the right to sell Fanart if commissioned.
EX: If you commission me to draw Just Mario doing Mario stuff. I have. the right to throw up the print on my store. Now if you have Mario with a Fan Character or Original Character I will not put it up in my store.
2. You are allowed to repost Commissions / Gift Art / Art trades As long as it is the small watermarked copy that 'I' have posted up. With the proper credit and not for a profit.
EX: if you commission me to draw Mario for you, you may not sell that Mario picture for a profit.
3. Do not ask me to draw in different styles. You are commissioning me for My style whether it be coloring style or drawing style.
4. Please use the commission Template below when ordering normal commissions. It helps me stay organized.
a. You do not need to do this for YCHs, Sales, or Specials unless started otherwise.
5. DO not ask for an ETA of your commission. I tend to work out of order unless my To-Do list is free and you are the only commission I currently have. I tend to work very fast however due to my Current living conditions ( AS of 2016)
6. If you wish to order a private Commission; Where you do not want me to post it up anywhere. Please send me an Email to my work Email. TwistedDs_Arts[at]hotmal.com
a. I tend to check my work email once or twice a day because I often get my orders through notes/PMs so I will get back to you as soon as possible.
7. Regarding redraws/revisions. You must ask a head of time in your PM/ Email that you wish to see a WIP or process of your commissions. I offer this because doing this causes me to work slower on your piece. Since I have to wait for your ok. Have no fear that I will push your commission back compared to others. However it is much easier for me to finish a 'simple' commission all in one go. Then have to take breaks.
a. Due to Problems in the past I will redraw a complete sketch once. ( Let's say you don't like the pose/idea and you want something else in this stage. It is fine but you must say so in the SKETCH PHASE) and 3 minor tweaks before a fee will be sent out for every extra change added. ( Please look under the commission template example for why)
8. Regarding NSFW commissions. Yes I do them however it is on a case to case bases. Unless I have made a YCH or a journal stating otherwise. You may incure how much my NSFW commissions may be. Because they take longer they cost more than my "normal" commission options.
Payment
I mostly only work over PayPal invoices for payments. Though I do know that not everyone has a PayPal SO I will take Points ( on DevaintArt see point a.) or snail mail/money order over the mail( See point b.).
a. With deviant art points Your commission will be completed once the process of points to money have been converted. This process currently takes about 14 days. This is due to people sending artists money then taking the points right back after their commission's have been complete and it takes that long to process the payments to PayPal. So with this option you will have to wait a small while to get your commission.
b. I almost never offer this unless I can truly trust a person because I have lost and had people lose their money because it is over the mail. Mistakes happen. If this is the case I am sorry but I will not do your commission for free. Since I offer the other options of payment above.

1. I understand not everyone can draw/ or this is your first time commissioning someone so you do not have previous references. This is fine I was there once too. I will charge a small fee depending on how complex your description is. This fee is due to people in the past causing me to redraw multiply pictures in the past which caused a very large waste in time and money. Since I spent over a week once re-drawing a single non reference commission for someone.
ETA
Due to living with my in-laws when updating this TOS. My ETA can be all over the place because my Father-in-law just seems to love drama. I keep my commissioners updated when this happens and when their commission has to be pushed to the back burner. This rarely happens unless the commissioner gives me the ok. When I am not bothered I can finish much simpler commissions ( Chibis, Busts, Single characters) Very fast. In my best weeks I can get 3 commissions done a Day. Which I am trying to get back to. However that might not be possible with my current living conditions. Cody and I are saving up to move out and be on our own so that we can go back to me working on art full time as a proper job. Since as of right now this is my only means of income. I take it very seriously and keep my clients updated when life throws me a curve ball.
