These terms of service apply both to my work here and on my studio/business page, Blue Floof Arts.
As the Artist
- I reserve the rights to any work I complete. This means you give me permission to post the finished product in my gallery here on Furaffinity, on my Facebook page Blue Floof Arts, and my Bluesky NishaBlueFloof. If a commission is to be private you must tell me before I start work.
-I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, if: The commissioner is being rude, abusive, unreasonable, or doesn't pay within the allotted time. If this happens you will get a 50% refund, or 75% depending on how much work was finished before the order was canceled.
-I will not draw anything involving watersports, vore, robots, scat, cub/diaper porn, or anything that could be seen as targeted harassment towards an individual or group.
-I will not give you my personal cell phone number. If you need to reach me do so by email, Twitter, or Telegram (posted later in this document).
-I work full time as a dental assistant. This does leave me with some limited time to get things done. That being said, I will notify you when I will be able to work on your piece and keep you updated on progress. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated, as I will complete work in as quick a time as I can. Repeat messages of "when will my commission be done?" or "Why didn't you work on my piece right this second" may lead to a cancellation and refund.
-For most work I will charge a $5 fee for the initial sketch work. After the sketch has been approved by you the remaining balance is due before I complete the work.
As the Customer
-You may cancel your commission anytime before major work begins on your piece and you will be entitled to a 75% refund (minus payment for initial sketch and inks). Cancellations past that window may be subject to smaller refund amounts.
-You may not receive a refund after your commission has been paid in full, as my time has already been spent on the work. I offer plenty of opportunities during the process to see works in progress (WIPs) of your order, giving you the chance to say what you like or would want changed.
-I offer several opportunities to see WIPs of your work: the initial sketch, the inks, the flats, and once more before the final piece is ready. I also Livestream via Picarto and Twitch so you are able to watch me work on your commissions. These are the best chance to tell me if something should be fixed before I continue. After the work is completed I can't guarantee that I can fix the mistake.
-You are allowed up to five (5) free edits on a piece, after that I do charge an editing fee. This is to ensure my time is spent on the work itself and not many minor edits, but also to make sure your commission is received in a timely manner. The exact amount of the fee will depend on the detail/complexity of the edit (anywhere from $.25-$1)
-Please have a detailed reference image (ref sheet) ready when you place your order so I can give an accurate quote and confirm things such as markings/accessories. If ordering a ref sheet from me please provide as detailed a text as possible.
-When the commission is finished you have permission to repost it on FA, Facebook, twitter, or any social media as long as it links back to my FA gallery here. You do not have permission to remove my watermark.
Payments and Pricing
-Pricing for my commissions is as follows:
*Reference sheets -$45+ (depending on complexity of character, number of poses up to 4, and any accessories)
*Traditional badges $60(includes lamination, clipping and free lanyard)
*Digital badges $45
*Digital work $50+ (depending on complexity/detail of the work)
*Telegram sticker pack $40 for 5 stickers, $5 each additional sticker (min pack order of 5)
-I currently accept Paypal, and Square for payment. In person at meets I can take cash and Square.
-I must be paid in full before I finish your commission.
-I require a 25% downpayment before I start your commission. This is to cover me should you choose to cancel after the initial sketch.
-Failure to fully pay off your commission within one (1) month will results in me canceling the order or delaying completion.
-If using Paypal please DO NOT send payment as a gift! I can't stress this enough, Paypal gets flags and if I am caught I can and will be fined!
-If using Paypal, please wait for me to send you an invoice for your order before sending money.
Nitty Gritty Bits
-Basic manners are nice. You'd be surprised how far a simple "please" and "thank you" can go. If you're nice to me, I can pretty much promise you things will be very smooth.
-If we're talking work, keep it work related. Idle chatter is okay to a point but anything further past that affects my ability to focus. Please do not send me notes/messages simply saying "hi".
-If you ask me to make an edit and I show you a WIP shot, please respond in a timely manner! It slows me down as I have to wait for your approval and slows your down from getting your piece faster.
-Nothing made by me may be used in any blockchain related technology, including NFTS, crypto, or future inventions in the space.
By commissioning me you hereby agree to these terms and conditions.

So how many people later claim they never heard of the Terms, said "I don't have time to read all that" with an exasperated sigh, etc

OP
We'll find out soon enough, this is the first time I've ever had to write such a thing.
