Well, I have to move ASAP, I have not decided where as my renter has refused to pay rent for a few months AND my car broke down leaving me with nothing to pay for it to be fixed OR get another car unless I sell the mobile home. What a mess.

Just was contacted by the buyer today and he looks VERY please with it!
