so, as of recently, I've been taking into consideration how expensive the Gumroad packs have been, I'll admit I was a bit greedy with the prices and kinda forgot that these packs are just for silly furry porn. and now an actual business. especially when paired with the current world wealth gaps in some places and constant inflation within the united states. so to combat this I've decided to keep my art pack prices down to a steady price of 15usd going forward, excluding the bundle but including the new art pack currently cooking atm.
this will be my 1000 Watcher gift to you all since I don't have any real ideas for how to celebrate that at this point. but I do owe you all my gratitude! thank you for helping me get there!

So, you may have noticed that I haven't been posting much this year and in general, falling behind on furry holidays and actually holidays and such. Well my excuse is simple. I'm lazy af lmao.
But for real my motivation to draw has been at an all time low, and trying to juggle that along with my job, family matters, college, and my unhealthy obsession with destiny2, drawing just doesn't seem as important in comparison. But mentally I've been doing decent at best I just gotta find a way to force myself to draw more, even if it's cursed art, fan-art, or just stuff I'm passionate about, (which at the moment is destiny2's cabal lore) so I'm going to try and make an effort to draw more on my days off while college is over. So the Christmas sequence and working on my current coms list will be my top priority for the time being.

I found that listing to lo-fi and chill drawing music helps me draw but my mind detects reliance and actively trys to make an immunity to it. So if there's any advice to help me regain my motivation I'm all ears at this point.

As for my health and wellness, I'm stable so none of you need to worry about me, even if I go dark for a while.

so yeah, today is going to be a busy day, I'm going to a bunch of places including a casino where I'm most likely going to go broke, but I might also pull in some cash for coms~ you never know~!
I really don't have much to say this time around, I might be able to draw something later today to celebrate but Idk what to draw, so I'll have to think of something at some point.

many of you don't know this but I'm heading out of town to celebrate 4th of July with my family, so my communication is going to be in very short bursts over the course of 6 days, but it's not like its going to be a lame trip or anything, we're going to multiple stops on the way there.
starting off from Kansas, we make a 3 hour trip to omaha zoo and the hotel then after then we'll go to the amusement park in the area then after another hotel trip, we'll go to mount rushmore to celebrate 4th of July.

its gonna be fun, my only concern is if i'll be able to pump out a few coms during the trip and if i'll be able to make a pic to celebrate the 4th. so i don't know exactly what i'll do artwise to celebrate, but i know i'll 100% be drawing a picture

but since i'm going to a water park, i want everyone to know where i currently am rn, in case i kill over.

really sorry that I've not been able to draw as much as I want to, but I've been losing my motivation to do so lately, I mean, I have all the ideas, I just need to put myself forward and draw them at some point. life has been really busy and I wanted to spend some time to catch up in destiny2, but I'll still try and draw more often and maybe dish out a few sfm pics every now and then, but I'm not dead yet lmao! so that's good.

yep, it's that time of year again! MY BIRTHDAY!

I really wanted to draw something to celebrate but I wasn't able to due to college eating up all my time, so I'm probably going to have to draw something this weekend or tonight. but either way, it's going to be great to celebrate it with all my friends, family, and all 744 of my watchers! especially since corona isn't involved this time! so I get to actually celebrate it!

As a celebration of reaching 600 watchers I have decided to do 3 things:

so I'm not sure why, but for some reason, I've been experiencing lots of fatigue and anxiety lately, I don't know if it's because of college starting in January or its the existential dread I have at the back of my mind or something else. but I think I know deep down it's another art block. so I'm going to be taking a break from drawing and start uploading commissions and gifts I've received for the time being.
and no, I'm not going to be quitting drawing altogether until this block passed, I might try later today, the ideas are all here, it's just I lack the motivation to actually draw them.

so, I bet you've all been wondering where I've been the last couple of weeks, well basically, I'm alive and well but I've been struggling with everything. I caught influenza B after Christmas and It weakened me to the point where I couldn't even get out of my bed, eat food, or go to work, I tried hard to motivate myself to draw a 2020 new years pic, but I had no ideas of what to draw for the occasion. the worst of my sickness has passed, all I still have is a bit of a cough, a hard time eating. but the real thing I want to let you all know is that I've hit an art block, and I've lost all motivation to draw right now, I've also been having these weird anxiety problems over absolutely nothing, like, I wake up in the morning with anxiety and a feeling of impending doom even though I have nothing to worry about or fear (what's been going on with the US and Iran isn't really helping the situation tho). I also get this anxiety while I'm driving in the morning and at night, again I have nothing to worry about since the roads I take are always calm and don't have much traffic. so I'm chalking this all up to be some kind of flu-hangover, which could be my body and nerves recovering from the flu, so it might be a while before I get back up to my normal speed and mood.

so I want to let you know I'm still alive, I'm just not at 100%

so recently I discovered a variant of protogen known as primagen, which are these more advanced looking protogens. I would love to start drawing them getting eaten by silver, but the problem is that it's a closed species, so does that mean I would have to buy the privilege of using them, or can I draw some unnamed primagen without claiming them as an oc? just out of curiosity

So recently I organized an art trade with  PanzerCaptJason. He said that if I helped him fix a broken friendship he would trade artwork with me. So after weeks of back and forth communication, I finally got them back together, and he held up to his promise, and we started doing the trade. After he made the first sketch he asked me a question: "is your oc single?" And I said yes, it was an odd question and I didn't think much of it until he decided to declare himself as silver's lover and asked if silver loved him back, so i explained to him that silver doesn't love anyone including him, and that she's an evil robot that eats people. This sent him into a rage, threating to call off the trade unless silver loves him back! Not only did this scare me, but it also frustrated me because you can't just demand a character to love you, so i panicked and said that silver did love him, and that he could teach her to love him. This "love" thing worked for a while until he asked for silver to marry him, that was where i drew the line. The minute i said no and expressed my freedom of speech, he blew up in my face, and demanded for silver to marry him or else he would call off the trade. I had enough, and told him that i can't be forced to make silver marry him, and that i didn't understand why and where this toxic rp started from, then he told me this bullshit about how i have to marry my oc to him in order for the trade to happen. I explained to him about how this was unfair, and how i moved heaven and earth to organize this trade with him. But he didnt care, HE thought it was unfair that we were exchanging artwork, and thought he deserved more, so the trade hanged in the balance of a rp i didn't want to have, and when i explained to him that wasn't good at rping, he said: "then get good at it!", the minute i told him i'm bad at rping, he began treating me like dirt. So at the end of it all, the trade crumbled, and now he owes me. He promised me a trade, and he is going to live up to his words, especially since i fixed a friendship for him. I highly recommend steering clear of  PanzerCaptJason if ever plan on doing an art trade, because that would require selling your oc's soul to him.
I'm still going to finish my side of the trade, and I'm going to force him to finish his side, its only fair

so for a while now I've been debating on what silver should dress up as during October and Halloween. i've been deciding between 4 things: having her dressed as the "ender dragon" from Minecraft (because of her blocky head), or a "taken" from destiny 2 (because of shadowkeep that came out yesterday), or dressed as foxy from fnaf (because their both robots), or Freddy krueger (because I love that movie franchise).
