I can deny any commission requests that go against my moral principles.
I can deny any commission request if it violates any law.
A commissioner has three days to ask for a refund or any changes after the first finished product is given. I can deny any refunds if there is no valid reason for it, and the amount refunded will be based on how much of the work has been completed.
Please respect my work and myself while I'm working on your commission. I am a human being and I can make mistakes.
Toxic and/or rude behavior will NOT be tolerated. If the commissioner present any of this behaviors while I work on its commission, I can cancel the project with no refunds and/or warning.
If someone breaks a rule of my ToS because "They didn't know", I am in my rights to blacklist them from acquiring a commission ever again.
I am in my right to not accept commissions if what is being asked is out of my range of skill.
Payment is half upfront, and the other half when I finish the product, to make sure that the commissioner is actually interested, and will pay in full when the time comes. Payment plans are also an option in large commissions.
I wont tolerate any person or entity that uses my products for monetary purposes. (Bases, NFTs, tracing, and/or stealing).
I will take whatever amount of time I see fit to complete the commission. I have my own problems in the world, and sometimes I will get delays because of it.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are in DA points, or USD in PayPal.
Mature/NSFW fee is 30% of total price for a comm.
I reserve my right to post my work, I dont do private artwork, but I can credit the customer as anonymous.
