Hey everyone!

I've been a pretty long time supporter of vertege (as you can tell by all their bases I use).

They have a Patreon and it's a really cool deal. They offer monthly bases if you support them and the bases are well worth it.

I really think, if you like doing cute, little adopts on bases (or enjoy the ones I do!) you should really go check them out!
I've had a few interactions with them over the years as well and they have always been super sweet. Definitely an artist worth supporting!

Hey all~

So for those of you who own or plan on picking up the Milk Shake base, I just wanted to let you know that I do plan on releasing an add on pack for it.

Not sure if it will include clothing, since I don't know how many packs I will be releasing and the general uh... boobiness of the base makes tops a bit on the trickier side.

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT UPDATE

No matter what day it is, I always try to be prompt in responding to notes, comments or questions.
I do now have a part time job which does make it a bit harder to be online and as active as I might have been in the past.

TRADES :: I don't do trades that often but I do try to prioritize commissions over trades.
That being said, I will never continually let a trade fall to the end of my queue as I do still consider them to be 'customer related artworks'.
My general rule of thumb is to get owed pieces done with in 2 weeks and try not to offer either commissions or trades that I don't believe can be finished in that time line. Please keep in mind that the '2 week rule' isn't a firm time line as to when your piece may be finished as this could vary greatly depending on the size of my queue.

I've seen a few of these now and thought it was a good idea so here we go.

This journal is meant to host the re-sells and trades of any designs made by myself ( OmegaFluff ).

So if you're trying to re-home an OmegaFluff design, you're welcome to post below so that other users might be able to pick up a design they missed out on.

GENERAL RULES FOR USE::

- Please do not post a character unless the design was made by OmegaFluff.
- Please try to remember to remove/edit your comment once the design has found a new home.
- Be respectful and kind to other users.
- Try not to link ENTIRE character galleries when only 1 design is by OmegaFluff.
- Any trades and or re-sells are done with the character's current owner and not myself so please contact the owner of the adoptable for any trade or re-sell questions.
- PLEASE REPLY TO THE CORRECT COMMENT WHEN POSTING.

So I've been getting this question a bit lately and while I don't mind answering any questions, I figured if it was being asked a few times there might still be some people wondering.

However as I don't tend to sell much there or very often, I would prefer that, for any crediting purposes, please link back to my FurAffinity or DeviantArt page.

If you've already credited my Toyhou.se you're more then welcome to leave it as is.

::GENERAL RULES::

∙When using an add on pack please make sure to give credit every time a piece, no matter how small the mod may be. This includes custom base mod packs.
∙Do not, by any means claim any part of the add on pack as your own. By NOT crediting me, you are automatically doing so as the mods are not included in the original base.
∙Do not share, resell or by any other means redistribute an add on pack. This includes custom ordered add on packs.
∙You may use any add on pack to make adoptables that can be sold for any form of currency.
∙Add on packs may be used for personal reference pieces or any other matter of art that complies with the ORIGINAL base maker's rules.
∙DO NOT use any piece of an add on pack on any other base but the one it was created for!
∙There are no refunds for base add ons period.
∙Understand that not ALL layers are shown in the preview images and I often pick those I like the best to display and because of this you take a risk in what you are buying. I am not responsible for the amount of content that you like.
∙I will not accept any means of trade for add on packs.

::CUSTOM PACKS::
Below are a list of rules that apply specifically to custom pack orders.

∙I will not accept any sexually explicit add on orders.
∙Once payment is received I will not accept any changes to the order, so make sure you're satisfied with what you are ordering before you pay!
∙If given free reign on a layer I have the choice to do what ever I feel appropriate for the base and the request. (i.e. free reign feminine top could be anywhere between a bikini top to an over sized sweater)
∙I will not 're-do' or 're-draw' any free reign layers. If you're afraid you might not like what I provide, specify each layer.
∙I do not draw 'sets'. Each piece of an outfit, or an ear and tail set are on their own layer to maximize options for you the user.
∙I price by difficulty of requested items.
∙I will draw 'closed' species traits as there is no possible way to copyright or own a trait. However I can not be held responsible for how these traits are put to use at any given point. (( A trait is a certain type of ear or tail style, or color of skin or shape of any other body part. ))
∙ALL rules above 'custom packs' also apply to custom packs.

Please keep in mind that this rules are liable to change as needed.
If you see another user that may be not following these rules please do not confront them and instead please contact me in a note with your concerns so that I may take care of it.
IF I myself see a user not following the rules I have set, I WILL contact them. If this happens to you, please understand that I am not singling you out or bullying you. I am simply trying to ensure that my rules are being followed. I have these rules set in place to protect me and my art and to ensure that I can continue to offer premade and custom packs for all users.
I work just as hard as the original base maker to make these edits and while they might be smaller then the actually body base, there is still the same amount of love that goes in to making these. Please respect me and my work. I do not want to have to stop making these because people can't remember or can't be bothered to follow the rules.
IF there is a user that continues to break my rules even after I've spoken to them actions will be taken on my behalf, such as black-listing (as much as I hate such things) and blocking.

:: PAYMENT RULES ::

- Payment via Paypal
- I do not do holds. Period.
- You have 24 hours after the initial claim to respond to me. After 24 hours the adoptable will be put back up for sale. This prevents what I consider to be 'forced' holds.
- PLEASE BE PROMPT IN YOUR RESPONSES WHEN PURCHASING. Please try not to claim and leave for an extended period of time.
- Adopts will be sent out once I get an email confirming the item has shipped - I have my notifications on. This is to prevent cancellations of Amazon purchases before shipping. Commissions will be started in the same manner, item is shipped out, I will start. Otherwise I have no guarantee that once an Amazon item is 'purchased' it isn't immediately cancelled upon receipt of art.
-While I will entertain haggling on older adopts (posts older than a week) I do not take kindly to CONSTANTLY being asked to make a deal. I work hard on these adoptables and more often then not they are already at a low price.

:: ADOPTABLE RULES ::

- Once purchased, changes to the character are allowed (i.e. gender, hair color/style) in future images/representations of the character.
- You MAY NOT alter the original image provided upon purchase.
- I DO NOT edit adoptables. The design is sold as is.
- Make sure to credit the base maker as well as myself at least once when posting the design on each new website.
- Adopts, once purchased, are allowed to be resold but at a price no higher than what you originally paid. Additional art can only increase the price if the art was commissioned.
- Adopts are allowed to be traded or gifted away.
- PLEASE ensure that you SAVE your adopt as soon as possible. I clean my sta.sh, DropBox and files regularly and will only guarantee that the individual file will remain in my sta.sh or DropBox for 72 hours. After 72 hours, I can not guarantee that an individual file can / will be recovered.
(( Failure to save an adoptable does not give you the right to request a refund. ))
- Any adoptable(s) won via raffle may NOT be sold but can be gifted or traded away.
- Any adoptable(s) maybe NOT be used for commercial use (i.e. pins, t-shirts, posters ect. with intent to sell for profit) or as a company logo/mascot. You may offer commissions/raffles featuring or including the adoptable design (i.e. 'win-a-date' commissions, couple art, ect.)
- Physical goods can be made or commissioned of a design but for personal use only.
- I do not have any restrictions regarding kinks/fetishes/labels you may apply to or use your design for.
- I will NEVER reclaim an adoptable unless there has been a payment charge back to that specific adoptable. If a situation like this occurs you WILL be contacted in hopes of resolving the matter in other ways before I take this action.

:: COMMISSIONS ::

- No changes to the original image file may be made.
- You may not use any artwork received from me for commercial use. It is for your personal use only. It MAY be used as reference but must link to any of my galleries.
- Commissions are for personal use only and may be uploaded to gallery/image hosting websites so long as proper credit is given.
- 'Works in progress' screenshots will be discussed on a case by case basis and may not be provided for certain commission types.
- Minor changes MAY be requested if I missed any distinguishing features that were present in the reference(s) given to me.
- I will not re-do any commissions for free, so please ensure that all information you have given me is correct. Changes will only be made in WIP stages. Revisions in WIP stages are free of charge so long as I missed any distinguishing features present in the reference(s) provided. Extensive or excessive changes not discussed during the ordering process may be subject to an additional fee.
- Excessive changes due to improper references will be subject to an additional fee. So ensure you have ALL of your references sent to me before you send payment. I am not at fault if something does not look like a piece of reference that I was not provided but more accurately fits your character.
- By commissioning me you are purchasing my labor.
- I retain all copyrights over my work, which include, but are not limited to; the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon. This only applies to the pieces I, myself, have drawn. Bases used in the creation of a commission, ref sheet or any other piece are property of their creator(s).
- If requested, your art may be kept private but must be done during the ordering process.
- Additional fees may be present for written references as this often requires more revisions during the work stage.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, whether they be new or previous clients.
- FULL refunds will not be given or approved once work has been started.
- Partial refunds may be applicable depending on the status of the art piece.

- By purchasing my services you are agreeing to all the above terms.


*I very rarely refuse to serve customers or to make sales but if for any reason the transaction makes me uncomfortable ( i.e. new account, poor communication, buyer-bewares ) I will politely decline.
