- El comisionista no puede demandar que hizo el dibujo, peroel personaje le corresponde por completo y siempre le pondré el crédito.
- El arte comisionado es para uso personal únicamente.
- No puedes usar o alterar ningún arte comisionado para uso comercial. Esto incluye, pero no está limitado a: vender impresiones de mi trabajo, usar mi trabajo para mercancía que estés vendiendo, usar mi trabajo como logo de negocio etc., a no ser que se estipule previamente.
- Cambios menores, como cortar la imagen o añadir texto está permitido, siempre y cuando se respete mi firma/ autoría.
- Me reservo el derecho de rechazar o cancelar* comisiones.
- Al comisionarme [una vez que el pago ha sido hecho] implica que has entendido y aceptado mis Términos de Servicio.

PROGRESO DEL ARTE
Me toma aproximadamente me toma de 2 días a 3 semanas dependiendo de la complejidad de la comisión y mi propia agenda. Si tu comisión tiene una fecha de entrega especifica [necesita ser terminado antes que una comisión "regular"]podría requerir una cuota extra.
Si necesitas cancelar tu comisión por cualquier razón recibirás un reembolso parcial, dependiendo de cuanto se haya terminado de la comisión.
Revisiones:
Te mostrare el sketch/ lineart de tu comisión para tu aprobación/ cambios antes de pasar a la siguiente fase. Una vez que sea aprobado el boceto/ lineart]/ color no habrá más revisiones o cambios en ellos.
Si pediste un boceto, te mostrare primero un boceto burdo para un ligero refinamiento posterior.
Cambios mayores aplicaran cuotas.
Una vez terminado el trabajo no se le harán más cambios, o se aplicara una cuota extra .

Sad things had happen, but we need to keep waking, i need to be strong, however sometimes im just sad or disapointed and i need to be alone, im weak, and clumsy, and useless some times too, but,i need to be better. Approximate turn around time is usually from 2 days to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission, and my own agenda. If your commission has a special deadline (it needs to be done sooner than a “regular” commission) I will require extra fees.
If you need to cancel your commission for any reason you will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of your commission has been completed.
Revisions:
I will show you the sketch/lineart version of your commission for your approval/changes before moving on to the next stage. Once you approve the sketch/lineart version, I will not make any more revisions on them.
If you purchased a sketch, I will show you a rough sketch first.
Major changes will require additional fees.
Finished artwork will NOT be revised or that will require an extra fee.
