I am under constant "final warning" status in this website due to content I've upload before any of the major ToS changes (before the cub-purge, even).

I do understand the website provides hosting for free and that everyone is expected to abide by the TOS and that it's the artists responsibility to curate their gallery content to adhere to the evolving guidelines

But I'm afraid I just don't have the time nor interest to editorialize that far back.💦

And, 3 times a day, I’m going to send them an email with something like:

“Hey, this is the 9th time I’ve had to re-create my tumblr blog due to a bunch of trolls spamming your inbox with fake violation of TOS complaints (and thus, making the tumblr automated ban/deletion system trigger into effect, killing my blog). I tried contacting you a few months ago when my 1st tumblr blog “0r0ch1” was taken down due to fraudulent violation of TOS complaint email-spam. But I never got a response outside of a pre-typed “reason” as to why it got deleted, when I know for a fact I hadn’t uploaded anything that violated the TOS. I tried emailing again to no avail, and this is really getting ridiculous, out of hand, I cannot keep doing this, remaking the tumblr every month, getting deleted even though I follow the TOS to the letter.

Would you please do something about this? protect my current tumblr, or restore my original tumblr address http://0r0ch1.tumblr.com or both? I mean, this happened to a lot of other pony tumblrs, including Princess Molestia http://askprincessmolestia.tumblr.com/ but that particular tumblr got restored within a day of being taken down. So how come I can’t get any response even?”

Because I’m getting real annoyed of having to re-do this every month or so.
