Soooo, basically I've had a full time job for over two months now. While I am saving to move out (again), I still have plenty of disposable income. If you direct your attention to this account: , you will see that I used to quite enjoy getting art of my character, Timi.

However, since I wasn't working for so long and have just been absent from the internet for so long in general, it has been a looooong time since I got a proper commission. :/ So I would really like some recommendations!
It's hard for me to find artists whose styles I really, really like. And it seems like every time I finally find someone, their commissions are closed! :c

Price isn't really a factor. Just suggest anyone you know who is open for commissions right now (even yourself)! And please don't be offended if I don't buy anything from you haha

Soooo, I've been dead on FA for a long time. As a result, I've kinda lost a lot of my regular watcher base; most people have forgotten me in these past two years where I've been pretty much off the radar 95% of the time. It certainly doesn't help that I tend to post late at night (3-4 am) when the site is pretty much dead! :p
I'd really like to have some more people seeing my art (and giving feedback), so I've decided to do a few freebies to kinda get a bit more exposure.

It's pretty simple. Typical free art protocol. Just post a character reference and any cool ideas you may have for a drawing. I will be picking cool characters and neat ideas! Just whatever strikes inspiration in me. I don't know how many I'll do, but I will be doing at least five.

So, to be clear, this is not first come, first serve. Just whatever seems like it'd be cool/fun to draw! Be creative. If you just want a headshot or a little chibi or something to use as an icon that'd be cool, too, as they're smaller and easier to draw, so I can get them done faster.

Now, I'm definitely more of a feral artist than an anthro one. That being said, I can probably manage chibi-type things of anthros, but definitely not full-on human anatomy. :p Feel free to ask, though! (and I'd be more than happy to do a feral version of your anthro character if you'd like.)

If you think this is cool/my art is cool/i'm cool/whateva, I'd love if you could give me a signal boost. **This has absolutely no effect on whether or not you'll be chosen!!** It's just to give more people a chance to get a drawing. c: You can link me to it if you'd like, I'd love to see it, I'm silly like that.

I haven't seemed to have both a working laptop and a working tablet at the same time, in... like.. at least a year.

My art has changed/improved(?) quite a bit since I was last active, so I guess that's nice

My tablet cord broke a little under two months ago. the tablet itself is fine, and the pen is fine, it's just... the damn cord. Luckily for me I have a model of bamboo tablet that has a removable cord. A replacement is only $10.

So, soon I'll be able to buy a new one!
That leads to my second update-type-news...
I'm moving! Yaaaay. I'll be moving out of my parents' house and getting an apartment. We'll move into it the first week of July... EXCITING AS SHIT YO

As you can see, the past couple of days I've actually been posting drawings!
I've been in a pretty heavy funk the past couple of months both emotionally and with my art, however I'm finally starting to feel better. Everything is looking up!

I have had more free time the past few days, so art hasn't felt like a chore; I can just do it when I actually feel like it! So that's nice. I feel inspired again. I really want to continue improving with my artwork... I don't really know how, exactly, because I never do anything specific to TRY and improve, but my art always just grows as I do. Probably just the whole "practice makes perfect" thing!

So yeah. Just a general little update from me. I'm working on a big piece with a background and a cute little otterface and FIRE! that is taking me awhile and other than that I'm just going to be posting little doodles of me and my friends. Like always!

I just feel so angry at everyone right now.

I don't even know exactly how to start this but
Today I noticed someone using an icon that was a blatant recolour of an image I drew this past summer for my dear friend (You can see it on my DA here: http://thesilliestwilly.deviantart......acks-313966322 ... As many of you know, I cleared my FA gallery a few months back so it is no longer hosted here).

The thing is, this person did not ask me at all. They did not credit me, either. And the thing that bothers me the most is that this isn't even the first time I've seen someone recolour that exact drawing without asking me!

Look, I am very flattered that you guys enjoy my art enough to want it as an icon... But the fact that no one ever asks OR even credits me is kind of hurtful. All you have to do is ask... Or at the very fucking least give credit... It just sucks. Nobody ever respects me enough or likes my art enough to want to buy my commissions, yet people will very happily just steal my art and hope I won't notice. :/
