I don’t want to be a bitch about it, but, if you don’t want to ask again and again when your art will be done by a lazy artists that takes your money and won’t give you any feedback unless you remind her that… She owes you something, then, run from her! Away!

She tend to hide her infamous reputation by hiding the comments that she dislikes, and I’ve even seen her deleting a journal where bunch of people where asking for their commissions to be done, as they were paid… Oh, of course, the deleted journal was to announce that she would take more and more wing-it, and was replaced with a new one soon enough!

Add the fact she does as she pleased for the paid works she have to do: My art was done way later than someone who ordered and paid his commission months after Me…

Well, that’s it. I should, as I paid for them, but won’t post those pictures on My account, since I tend to give full credit to the artist, and I’m not willing to advertise her AT ALL!

I'd like to know your point of view here...

How long are you waiting before complaining to artists?
Of course, I already sent (multiples) request for WIP or, for those who don't show any WIP, at least if this will come shortly, but I think it's been a while now and I'd really like to see what I ordered (paid) for to be done.

But, the fact is, I still don't want to rush anyone... Nor make the artist angry when doing My commission and so gives the full of his capability on their work.

For your information, I'm still expecting commission I ordered on 12-09-2012 and some others from 02-14-2013...

I'm stuck between the will to have what I paid for and the fact not to rush/offend anyone... Please, any suggestions? Artists?

(Oh, add on this the fact some artists are taking and finishing commissions ordered after the mentioned dates...)

Someone may use my picture of Rose for their own robin character, but they may play this robin character with an entirely different personality, way of speech and mannerism, preferences and so on compared to how I do. In that sense, their character is different from mine, even if we share the same image; because when it comes to a roleplay character the art doesn't really matter. It only exists as a way of going "This is how the character looks.", not summarizing everything about them. You can still play a character and develop them even without a picture to represent them. The picture just makes it easier to focus on personality and mental development without having to waste time writing out a physical description.
(18:28:41) (Admin): yeah there's been a huge misunderstanding here. someone screamed art theft at the top of their lungs and all these people who have no idea what a character profile come in afraid people are claiming shit as their own. not so.
