I know that my anatomy for my drawings isn't always the best in the world, and I dunno, maybe I've made this mistake or very similar mistakes to this in the past, but here's one thing that always bugs me.

When artists are drawing tailholes, and they draw them right scrunched up in the crease between where the tail meets the body, or worse, ON the tail, that just drives me crazy. That's just - ick - ow - it doesn't belong there, and it just looks wrong. Your spine continues up through the tail, basic anatomy can't possibly have the tailhole on the tail or almost on the tail.

am I the only one this bugs? :P
