I have been a fan of the furry community since I was a teen. I loved the idea of representing myself through a character that embodied how I saw myself. When I finally became old enough I decided to make my first account. I had spent months of hard work trying to think of what form to take. What would represent me best? Who was I under all my anxiety. I chose a cat at first but that didn't feel right in the end. I eventually made a rabbit and even that didn't fit... Then I saw it. The trailer for sword and shield.

I new instantly that I was a scorbunny. I spent another few weeks crafting a design, even giving him my brown fur and white birthmark, then lastly a name. Bunson Burner. I was so proud of him, and myself. Well years later and after making countless friends here on this sight I'm being told that my species isn't welcome anymore. The NSFW art of my sonna, the 25 year old rabbit is apparently horrendous and vile and as a result I can either delete it all or leave the website.

This sight even through the ups and downs has been home to me. Regardless of how bad I felt, I was always feeling at home here. I can't ever replace those memories and I refuse to lose them. 2.7 is going to destroy me just because I wanted to feel small and adorable. Do you know why I chose something small like a scorbunny? Because I didn't want people to see me as evil or intimidating. I wanted to make friends and be the person I couldn't be hiding away inside my house too afraid to leave.

I don't know what to do. I don't even know what can be done. So far my only options are to delete everything I've worked for and built, or submit art one at a time to strangers to see if it meets their standards. And above all else going forward I can either never get NSFW art of myself again because I repulse them, but I have to make bunson more gangly and humanoid.

This was mostly a rant because I know noone who has the power to stop this or do anything cares. I've sat in the FA discord for days and not once have I been able to talk to someone who can actually make decisions. Just the poor mods who are being attacked because they can only repeat the same excuses over and over again.


I'm sorry to rant. You all deserve so much better but what else can I do when my life is being destroyed by someone I previously held in high regard for creating the only place I could feel like myself.
