These Terms are still in the preliminary stages and subject to changes and additions. Please ask any questions you feel are missing or unclear.

Payment
• I mostly take Paypal, but if you would like to offer dA points or another online method of payment, we can absolutely work something out!
• I can hold designs, but please be responsive when the hold is up or we’ll reopen the adopt
• Please be timely with payment – if we don’t receive the money within 48 hours of the claim, the adopt will be reopened

Edits
• Colors can be edited once free of charge
o Be specific; images of what you mean highly encouraged
• Edits to lines will cost money, but not as much as a new custom
o Adding more will typically be cheaper than swapping out/taking away
• Restrictions may apply

Ownership
• You can name, gender, etc. the adopt however you’d like, but please don’t claim the design as your creation!
o If you want to post the adopt to your page, that’s fine, but please credit us with the design
o Similarly, if you commission someone to make changes to the design or to make a new ref sheet, I’d appreciate it if you told them to credit us with the original design if they post it
o Including credit to art made of the character is encouraged but not required
• If you change ownership, please tell us! This is not required, but I like to keep track of our designs, so I can see any art you get of them.
o I’d love it if you show us the art you get! Again, this isn’t required, but I’d love to favorite and show support for people who treat our babies well <3

Resell
• It’s okay to resell our adopts! I just ask that you don’t sell them for more than you bought them for unless they come with additional art
o If the design does come with additional art, please only charge what the art cost you or what you would have charged when you drew it – not what the art would be valued at currently, if the artist since changed their prices

Duplication
• If you’d like to make a family member of one of the adopts you’ve received from us, feel free to!
o Please do not make a “twin” of the character (duplicating the design and/or just changing a few traits) with the intention to sell the new character or both characters for more than you bought the first adopt for. This will be considered design theft.
• I can design siblings, parents, children, etc. of the adopts I’ve created so long as you have permission from the current owner of the design. The price of such a custom would be discounted~

Species Limitations
• When ordering a custom or adopt, I will not work with copywritten species or styles (i.e. Pokémon and other Nintendo characters and species, hedgehogs in the style of Sonic, bandicoots in the style of Crash, etc.)
• I can design a MYO of a Closed Species if you show us proof that 1) you have a slot and 2) the species allows outside designers
o Relevantly, please do not make your own character of any of the Closed Species that I may post on this account, whether they be ours or someone else’s

Punishments
• No one likes unfair or unwarranted punishments, so I will implement a strike system as means of allowing for some lenience.
o You will get two strikes that will act as warnings that you are breaking one of the rules listed here
o If you do not comply after one strike, another strike will be added
o After three strikes, you will be blocked and blacklisted
o Strikes may be removed (though it is highly unlikely) if you make a good case for yourself (as judged by me)
