Terms of Service

(read this before commissioning me!)

regarding content restrictions:

✅ I'm happy to try almost any:
- gender, age, feral, humanoid, anthro, or mix thereof (mechs and particularly complex designs subject to complication fee),
- angle or pose (tasteful nudity and racy interactions case-by-case),
- environment (detailed ones, such as scenes involving many trinkets, may incur an added fee),
- style listed here or viewable in my galleries

❌ I'm not willing to draw:
- genitals/buttholes (feral sheaths are sometimes fine, i.e. centaurs),
- anything touching them or nipples in a sexual manner,
- sex toys (wear such as collars or shibari are acceptable),
- most fetish content beyond mawplay, transformation, or light BDSM,
- most gore beyond scars or blood,
- minors, minor-resembling characters, non-sapient creatures, or direct relatives in any sort of erotic situation,
- extreme proportions or reptiles/birds with mammalian breasts or sheath due to personal aversion (including dragons).

regarding rates + payment:

• prices listed are in USD, but can be converted and paid via CAD instead

• each additional character per piece is +75% (for example, two figures in the same 'trust-me' piece would be $210)

• I'm open to discussing ideas involving my own characters, at a 50% discount each

• I'm willing to work off of purely text descriptions, for an added fee of $10-$15 depending on specifics

• payment is taken before I begin - once I've confirmed your commission and the amount, I'll send you an invoice

• I take paypal and stripe (or e-transfers at a 3% discount, if you have a canadian bank account)

• you are entitled to a full refund before I begin the piece, minus 5% to account for paypal fee and correspondence
if you request one once I've begun, you'll receive the full value minus the work I've already completed - subtracting the cost for the sketch, lineart, flats, etc.
refunds are not given during the colouring stage or after the piece is complete

regarding process:

• you're free to colour commissioned sketches/linearts (or have someone else do so) as long as you credit me for my contribution

• I'm willing to make minor edits at the wip stages. any changes after that will have an additional fee applied, unless the change is due to my own error

• you may use your piece for personal prints, icons, wallpapers, etc., but you may not profit off of it unless you purchase the full commercial rights to the image. such fees are case-by-case

• time taken to finish a piece can vary. smaller pieces are usually completed within a few weeks, while larger pieces can range anywhere from a few weeks up to several months, depending on current queue, complexity of the art, etc. I'll always keep in touch and can send updates when requested

• rush fees are generally 25% in order to be pushed to the top of the queue and have your piece completed as soon as possible.
if you need a piece completed by a specific deadline, please give at least a week's lead time, otherwise I may be unable to guarantee punctuality

regarding my rights:

• the rights to the piece remain entirely my own (unless purchased/commercial rights are agreed upon), and I reserve the right to:

- reuse any rejected sketches as well as my personal assets, such as brushes and background aspects, in future projects

- sell prints or any other merchandise of the piece

- post the art anywhere online (if you'd rather it remain private, an extra fee will apply, though I can instead omit your credit in the description at your request)

- refuse any commission, for any reason
