I am lexitarian as of now, I do mostly eat vegetarian and vegan food
When I was vegan I guess I wasn't really that much prepared or knew much about vegan recepies
I was vegan for two years , when I was vegan my health ended up in a bad shape (Didn't get enough vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin b)
A plant based diet doesn't work on everybod...
