Hello! Thank you for being interested enough to check my TOS :)

Nothing too fancy,

1. If you commission me, you agree to all of my terms and conditions. No exceptions.

2. I do not do NSFW- do not ask for it.

3. Do not rush me or I may be more likely to refund and cancel your order- this just puts more pressure on me and that's no fun.

4. If you notice someone has used me to steal yours or another character in any way shape or form- please contact me via discord, dm's here or comments. I will **never** willingly help ANYONE
steal anyone else's artwork or characters.

5. Do not download or use my work in any way shape or form if you do not own the rights to it or haven't asked. (Free bases and such that i post are excluded from this rule)
- You are free to use non-commissioned work as references for your art, but if you learn via tracing shapes then do not post that without proper credits back to my work as reference.

6. You may use my free bases for anything you want, you may alter/edit them however you need- the only rule I will ever add onto my bases is to credit me with every single use.

7. Characters you either custom commissioned off me or bought pre-made are all yours to do as you please- you may redesign, resell, trade, add onto them, whatever you please.
The only thing I ask for is proper credit per each piece- i.e, who created the design and who created the basework

8. Do not take ANY of my work- even if you bought it- and trace over onto it to add to it- if you need edits/add ons please feel free to ask me, I will always do my best to work with you.

9. Just be kind and supportive! Or just yourself, try to keep attitude out the best ya can, drama ain't fun.

10. I have every right to deny your work- If i reject your commission mid-work then I will scrap what I was doing and refund the sale.

I only accept payment off of Paypal and Cashapp at the moment, USD only.


Commission terms;

1. Upon commission work, I will need full res images as references to the characters/things you need me to draw. If it is unclear I will ask for a better image or try to work with what I have.
- If image presented is unclear and the only options, please go easy on me if coloring is slightly off from what you expected it to be.

2. I will show you WIPs in stages.
- Stage 1; Sketching, this is where i get all your ideas and needs and try to put it all together- make sure you tell me ALL the changes you need during this up until the final screenshot. Each time, I will ask you
if you need anything else and if you say 'thats it, all good' then i'm moving onto line art and never looking back.
- Stage 2; Lineart, At this point it is too late for any big changes- I can tweak small details or add small things on, but at this point im finalizing the sketch.
- Stage 3; Coloring, If your piece involves special patterns/marking, I will show frequent WIPS to make sure they are accurate.
- Stage 4; Shading(if asked for), I don't normally show WIPS of this stage unless asked
- Stage 5; Done! This is where I send you the full res image of the work!

3. I will only ever take 100% full payment up front!
- If you can't pay with money then there may be the occasional chance that I'll accept a trade of some sort.

4. Refunds will no longer be accepted after I have begun sketching unless its an emergency, and in that case please cancel as early as you're able to and I can either scrap the piece or put it on the back burner for future cases.

5. Unlimited WIP screenshots! You are entitled to screenshot WIPs whenever you need them, don't be afraid to ask!

- Watersports/Scat
- Heavy gore
- Sensitive content involving children- You'll be reported and blocked.
- Art for stolen characters- If you give me a stolen character and I find out, i WILL report you for character theft,
the artist that's been stolen from will be notified and you'll be added to a "BEWARE" list.

!!!! V V Concerning Freebies V V !!!!

1. If I owe you a freebie and you feel like i'm not holding up my end then definitely hold me accountable and remind me here and there and ask for WIP screenshots.
- Do not target harassment at me over free art, do not send your buddies after me if i owe you freebies
- I have the right to drop freebies whenever i want to, however this is worst case scenario if I feel that i'm being mistreated- which is hard to come to.
- Free art is just that, free art. Keep in mind you're not losing money over not getting one free piece; art trades are different

Regarding trades;
- If you send me an item, you are entitled an item back.
- When you send me your item, be it a character or art piece, you MUST send me all the crediting info, rules applied to it, the whole shibang.
- Do NOT leave out important info on your end of the bargain and get made at me for "breaking the rules" when you never laid them out to begin with.
