By purchasing commissioned art from me (@in.your.mind) you are assuring me that you have read and understood my terms of service and will abide to them.


My work process - 10 steps:
1) Just write to me and ask! (Message to FA, Telegram or Discord) Give me a detailed description of what you'd like to see. You can give me a reference, specifics things and detail like emotions, mood, background reference, costume and etc, if you have any.
2) All additional alt versions are in advance prior to work. I can make them for a individual extra cost. (For example: different emotion, different clothes, hand/tail/etc. position, alternative background)
3) I will provide you the 1-3 sketch (poses and color simple sketch) for approval (usually this takes from 1 to 5 days). At this stage, any fixes can be applied free of charge.
4) I have the right to refuse to do the work if I do not agree with your idea.
5) You have the right not to approve the sketch, and then I will not start work.
6) After the sketch is approved, I will only do my work, no any fixes.
7) 100% prepayment is required before I start working.
8) Time after payment: 7 day - 14 day (This may change, but I will let you know immediately. You won't wait any longer than I say. The period may depend on the complexity of the work, detail, or your number in the queue). If you have a deadline, then I take 30% of the amount of commission and start working immediately.
9) I'll send you WIPs if you ask me. You can always write to me and clarify some things, send more references (I love discussing characters) or just chat!
10) When the work is finished, I will not make any changes for free.

Some rules and wishes:
You have the right to use the purchased art as you wish.
I will be glad if you leave a link to me, this is very important.
Please do not resell my art.
Please do not modify my art. Do not paint over the watermark or cut out any details. If you need a specific format for publication, I will do it for free, just write to me.
