Stay home at least four days after changes are finished, after that period you are free of infection. Wear some badge on your neck to recognize yourself. You will be able to speak, but you need time to adjust to your new tongue and mouth shape. After you exit for the first time, immediately visit the nearest vet for vaccination. Do not try to contact wild foxes, they can detect you are the former human and attack you. Do not try to live in the wild without a special rehabilitation course. Although your brain will shrink too, in most cases your mental abilities and memory would not be affected.
