Due to having been taken advantage of a few too many times at this point, I am putting in some new rules. If these rules offend you, I am sorry, but look at your business model and ask yourself if you'd feel that these would be reasonable or not.

1. Unless otherwise agreed upon, I will pay 50% up front, and 50% upon completion of the sketch/lines stage. Stream sketch work and the like will be paid upon the start of the piece. Should an artist disappear during a stream and not make arrangements for the completion of the piece, or provide no explanation, they will be black-listed and will not be commissioned again.

2. If someone approaches me wanting to do artwork of my characters, I.E. An artist asking me to commission them. The work will need to be done BEFORE any payment will be made. I am not your personal bank nor lending service, and this method has burned me the most. I am happy to pay for work that is done. I am not willing to pay for work that does not get done.

3. I reserve the right to apply these rules as I see fit. Some artists who I work with have proven themselves trustworthy and need not worry about these rules. Others have proved that they are not willing to complete projects in good faith and will no longer receive work from me.
