2023 flew by way too fast. Here I was hoping *that* would be the year I get back to posting regularly. Not quite.

---REAL LIFE AND NEW HOUSE---

At the end of August, I moved in with my best friend at her apartment to see how her and I living together would work. Ultimately she liked living on her own better, but we still had a good time. At the same time, my parents were excited to find a house in the city for me, and they found a good one I liked that was in better condition, so I got it!

From October to December we were busy working on the 1960s home, replacing the floors and repainting the walls, among many other things. And by the end of December, I moved in fully! Well, 85% of my stuff, ha ha.

Then, 2024 greeted me with a mix of freezing cold, a dead car battery, a dead laptop with only 90% of my art backed up (just the art, everything else gone), and two times my sewer drain plugged, resulting in the drain by my laundry machines looking VERY sketchy in terms of how high that contaminated water was.

But that's all been fixed! Well, the version of Clip Studio I got is missing a LOT of brushes and pencils I normally use, but I'm kinda sorta getting by? Shading hair is gonna be annoying though.

---ART AND PROJECTS---

So! ART! Gonna try and post at least *something* once or twice a week, hopefully more. As I've got, like 100+ sketches sitting around collecting dust. Maybe more. (Imagine.) So if not a more finished picture, then at least something I started but never got around to really finishing.

I've got a bigger commission sequence in the works at the moment. Once I've gotten that one to a manageable spot, I'm hoping to open up commissions again, hopefully sometime in February.

---PAGEANT II---

The script is done! We got our judges, we've continued the story and figured out who progressed, the judges gave their votes, and we know how the whole thing ends! So now all that's left is for me to draw the whole everything! 90% of it has been sketched out, and some of it lined. Though I do need to adjust some of the earlier pages with new details and edits.

More house, more art, more Pageant, more commissions! 2024! This will be the year!

Also... it'll be 10 years since I started posting art online by June (Deviantart) and October (Furaffinity). Wow, how the years have gone by.
