This hit me like a load of bricks, it's so sudden and I'm stumbling trying to compose my thoughts. He's been a large presence in the fandom since the early days and it always seemed like this website was largely being kept alive through his blood, sweat, and tears. It's rather admirable how he pushed through all the drama, uproars, and criticism. I hope his close friends and family are able to make it through and find some comfort in how much of a difference he made in his fandom through this website and the conventions he organized. I got to meet him a couple of times and chatted but I didn't really know him personally.
On a personal note, should this website become insolvent and go offline, I also have a profile on DA (Kngru). I also have a profile on Inkbunny but I almost never check it. I'll have to course correct when the debris settles.
