Please read through my T.O.S. before commissioning me.
By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.
My T.O.S. is subject to change, but whatever version is posted at the time of your commission will be the one used.



General:
Commission prices can be found in my pinned bluesky post and will be listed in the form further in.

What I Won’t draw:
I will not draw any underage characters in any sexual manner. This includes characters that look underage.
I will not draw IRL people unless they explicitly state they are okay with their likeness being drawn by me.
I won’t draw any racist or insensitive content in my artwork.
I will not draw Vore, hyper, scat, inflation or violent NSFW (I’m okay with bondage and spanking, but no blood or a character being visibly upset by what’s happening)
If any of this is confusing, or you would like clarification, please feel free to ask!


If you are commissioning me, you are agreeing that you’re of a legal age (18+).

Only commission me for my art style; I won’t draw in a different art style (i.e. Disney, anime, etc.)

The reference you provide me is of your character, or you’ve been given
permission to purchase artwork of someone elses character (Credit to
them must still be provided.)

I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.



Time:
The amount of time it takes me to complete a commission can vary
greatly. I send updates after each stage of completion (Sketch,
linework, flat colors, shading, etc.), and if I don’t get confirmation
to move on in the commission, it may take longer.

If you respond to me soon (a couple of hours-a day), it should take me
no longer than 4 weeks to complete your commission (Though this may
change due to complexity.) If you don’t respond, this can take much
longer since I won’t move on without your consent.


If a rush order is requested (completion of a piece within 2 days), an additional fee will be added to the commission.

If multiple commissions are requested by one person, they will be spread
out between other commissions so that I can continue to give other
commissioners a chance to receive their own piece



References:
I can work with image references (whether it’s official reference sheet
or an illustration,) or descriptions. If a shaded reference is given, I
will adjust the colors to as close to what I think the original was.



Payment:
Payments are calculated in USD
I do payments through my paypal.

Payment is required after the sketch has been approved.

Full Refunds are not available since I have already started the
commission before payment. A partial refund can be given, but deductions
will be taken based off progress made, plus a fee from paypal. If you
are being rude or unreasonalble, the commission will be terminated after
a warning is given. A partial refund will be given based off of
progress made in the commission.



Permissions:
I retain all copyrights to my artwork, but you still retain copyright to your character.

As long as you give me credit and link back to my account, you can post your commission on any media sites.

You can print the commission for personal use, but not for commercial or profit.

You may not place your own watermark on my artwork.

I can post any commission work I do to my accounts. If you would like
for a commission to be private, please let me know ahead of time. I will
try to ask again before posting, but it would still help me to know
ahead of time.

You may not edit my artwork without my permission.



The Process:
1. You message me what you would like:

This is the very first step in which you let me know what you’re
envisioning for your commission (line art/flats/shaded/background? What
character do you want me to draw and what pose do you want them to be
in, etc.) This stage usually has quite a bit of back and forth so I can
get an idea of what you’re expecting. The more information you give me
here, the better the commission will be. If you give me artistic
freedom, I will do my best to give you a drawing that is interesting and
fun, but may be off the mark a bit.

(If I’m asked to do a piece over multiple times, that wastes both your
and my time, it will result in a higher price of commission, but I will
warn you before this point.)


2. I send a sketch:
After you’ve told me what you want from the commission, I will create a
sketch of my interpretation. This is the time where you can ask for
adjustments on anything. After we’ve gotten the sketch to where you like
it, then comes payment.


3. I send you updates:
After the sketch and payment, I will send you an update of the lineart, colors,
shading, and background as I complete them. After each of these steps, I
will wait for approval/minor adjustments before continuing on.

Time will vary depending on my workload, and the complexity of your piece.


4. Posting:
Once the commission is to your liking, I will send you the file.

I like to post my commissions on my account, but if you prefer it to stay private, just let me know.

You can post it as well, I just ask that you credit me as the artist.
