I am a self-educated artist who draws in a 2D, digital style. I have been experienced in using the medium of MS Paint for several years, and a veteran that can successfully replicate many various art styles using this program- from simple to complexly designed characters, and even animation. I am an artist who is open to taking commissions, and has many slots open and available. Please check my journal for further info on commissions.

Commission Info:
Before requesting a commission:
Please make sure you read everything thoroughly before you decide what commission type and price is best for you, and before you commission me. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. :)
Terms and Conditions of Service
General Conditions:
- Do not attempt to trade or pay anything but what I have listed in USD $ in exchange for a commission. Any of these inquiries will be declined immediately. I will not negotiate.
- Do not haggle me when it comes to my prices. I charge what I believe my art is worth, which includes how much time is spent working on these pieces. Art is a luxury, and this is my line of work. I reserve the right o price my pieces however I seem fit.
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
- Do NOT rush me! I suggest that you be considerate of and respect the fact that my preferred program to work out of is Microsoft Paint, with a mouse.
-By purchasing a commission by me you will get the high quality, digital version of the file, not a print!
- Do not ask for any major changes to be done last minute, when the piece is finished, or days/weeks later, after the fact. I am usually open to change/ fix/ add something if is is small, and within reason. It is you, the customer’s duty to inform me of any changes that you might want to make as soon as possible- preferably before the commissioned piece is done. Do not change or ask me to add something you neglected to tell me about, once the art is completed. Once it is finished, it is FINAL. Under no circumstances will I go back and re-edit a piece once it is done, nor will I give a refund for said piece.
- All WIP and finalized art will be saved and distributed as PNG files to the client upon completion.
-You may upload the finished version to your own DA gallery or any other accounts you have (Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram) if you wish, as long as you credit me in the description as the artist who drew it! -Please don't edit, change or draw over the picture I drew for you without my permission!
-Every commission by me has my signature on it. Please don't edit it off the picture! It's important for me to keep the credit for the pictures I've drawn, and it also makes me proud to have drawn something for you!

Commission Process:
-I am only accepting payments for commissions through Paypal and Cash App. Payment is first and up front.
- Make sure to check the availability of commission slots before you request! In the case that all of the slots are filled, then you have to wait until the next round of commission openings to ensure that a spot is available to you. You will NOT be given special permissions and put on a waiting list if all the spots are full. Nor will I notify you of an opening once spots do become available. Once spaces are open, you can notify me of your desired commission type via PM!
- Make sure you know what you want in your commission! If you have to wait for a slot, please take that time to gather a few reference pictures of your character(s) so I can draw them later!
I will require the following information if you submit a commission request:
- What style of commission do you want?
- Brief information about the character(s) you want drawn in your commission (name, age, personality, anything you think I should know in order to draw them better!)
- Reference pictures about your character(s), The more you can provide to me, the better!
- Any extra information on what you would want in your commission.
Once I review your commission request:
- You will receive a PM by me telling you that I accepted your commission!
- I will PM you again to ask your PayPal or Cash App information in order to receive your payment. I will need this information to continue with your request.
- Once I have your PayPal or Cash App information, I will send you an invoice personally so you can pay me. Please wait for my invoice. Do not pay me before you’ve received it, or else it will be very confusing and complicated to sort out!
- Once the payment is received, I will send you a PM with your place in the queue!
Once you’ve paid for your commission:
- First come, first served! According to your place in the queue, I will start your commission right away or not. If there’s still a few people ahead of you in the queue, I would suggest opening up a good book and brewing some tea or coffee while you wait. (it will most likely take a few days, depending on the difficulty of requests ahead of you)
- Once it is your turn in the queue, I will begin your commission as soon as possible. If you desire, you can check my progress on your commission by sending me a PM with the request entitled “Progress Update”. Please note that commissions are my priority, and that I try to complete them as soon as I reasonably can within my possibilities and circumstances, Quality is very important to me, so I rather delay a bit more on your commission, but make sure that it looks its absolute best!
After I’m done with your commission:
- You will get a PM from me with the link of the full, high quality (PNG) version of your commission. You may download it and do as you wish with your picture. But please remember my terms and conditions!
- I will post a lower quality version of your commission in my art gallery (unless you ask me not to. I will, however require a brief explanation of your reasons). When I post your commission on my gallery, I will state that you’re the one who requested it. (Unless you ask me not to, which will not require an explanation for this)
- Please do your part as a client who requested the commission and download the high quality version of your finished commission as soon as you can. I might sometimes clean up my gallery, so your commission might get lost if you don’t save it!
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: What happens if my commission is rejected?
A: If your commissions request gets rejected, then it’s probably because you neglected to read my “Commission Info” and “Commission Types and Prices” properly. Please make sure that you read them thoroughly! There's certain things I need in your request in order to process it, and there are certain things I am not willing to draw... All that information is on my Commission Info!
Q: What happens if I don’t have a PayPal account or Cash App, but still want to commission you?
A: I’m sorry, but I’m only taking commissions through PayPal or Cash App. You can always choose to arrange with a friend who has either of these options made available to them, to pay for your commissions, if necessary.
Q: What happens when the slots are always taken, and I cant make my request?
A: If you’ve tried to commission me repeatedly, but my slots are always taken when you’re about to send your request, then I am truly sorry. Please take note that commissions are always first come, first served. But you can always PM or email me about it, and I’ll see what I can do about it.
Q: What happens if I cancel my commission request before you start on it?
A: If I have not yet begun working on your request, but you have already paid in full for the commission and are in the queue, then I’m sorry, you will not be provided a refund. All sales are final, so THINK CAREFULLY! I can make your requested commission worth your money, but I will not refund any money that I have already received.
Q: What happens if I cancel my commission request after you started on it?
A: If I have accepted a commission, have been paid, and have begun working on it, and you for any reason cancel your commission inquiry, you will not be refunded, and I will not finish that art piece.
- If you have any other questions regarding my commissions that aren’t answered here, please feel free to contact me through PM or at polarishatsya@yandex.com, and I’ll be happy to answer you!
Commission Types and Pricing:
The following are commission types are based on what I usually make for my own personal gallery. If you desire to request something that is not included within the options provided, then feel free to contact me, and we can work something out.
Again, please keep in mind that I am only accepting payments through PayPal or Cash App. If you have neither of these, then I am terribly sorry. I cannot do commissions for you.
The more complex the commission, the more time that it will take in order to finish it. (This isn’t always the case, but it is very likely) If you choose to commission a highly detailed or complex design on your character(s), then I reserve the right to raise the price accordingly.
If you choose to pay through PayPal, please take note that the base prices seen on the commission sheet will be increased an additional $5, since PayPal takes a 3.4% - 4.4% cut of domestic and international commercial payments. So, if you choose to pay through PayPal, and for example, purchase a fullbody lineart, your requested payment will be $30, rather than $25. This would also apply to any other type of art you choose to purchase. This is to ensure that I receive my full and fair payment from the art I am doing for you.
Q: Why did you raise your prices?!
A: Short answer: inflation. Long answer: Because it's my own art, and I believe that I have the right to price it accordingly. I feel as if I was severely undervaluing the worth of my art, as many artists have a tendency to do, and to rectify that, I needed to adjust the prices accordingly. I work in MS Paint (which not many artists are doing), while using a mouse, rather than a tablet and stylus. This is a very uncommon medium and can also take much longer to create decent works of art in. The price has also increased due to that factor. I take longer than the average artist with much more skill and much better tools available to them, so I also need to be paid for my time. Contrary to popular belief, art is WORK, and so I adjusted my prices to better fit within the bare part-time, minimum wage requirements of my particular location.
I reserve the right to refuse your commission request if I decide that it is inappropriate for me to draw it.
