Zerlph! Welcome to Jaq'Space!

In the fandom, friends know me as "Nex" or sometimes "Nexy," though "Jaq'" works well too. I've been in the fandom for 20 years now and have staffed FWA in the distant past 'til I decided that was way too much work (kudos to con-staffers!). These days, I lead a dual life as a jackal online where I mostly muck around Twitter, show-up at occasional cons, and otherwise enjoy the married life with my waff of many years,  loopy. When I'm not being a #RadarDog, I'm off in academia where I teach and conduct cool research. To me, the fandom is a fantastic aspect of my life, a place where I've made lifelong friends, and a community in which I feel as though I belong. I'm always up to meet chill new people (ugh, no "RPs" plz). And, if you're heading to a con' I'll be at, don't be shy about saying hello or hanging out. My fursuit is pretty easy to spot with huge ears (#EarCru).

My next cons: FWA 2023 = 100%. Megaplex 2023 = 50%.
