[DISCLAIMER - PLEASE READ!!! I AM NOT AN ARTIST, I AM A COMMISSIONER, I PAID FOR THESE IMAGES - PLEASE LOOK AT THE ACCREDITING LINKS TO FIND MORE OF THEIR ARTWORK]
Hello,
I thought I take the time to revamp my page with a more descriptive profile page:
My username is NightmareVF, the 'VF' are my initials so have fun guessing that, and I call myself Nightmare as I use to have vivid nightmares when I was younger before I started using a dream-catcher. Now, I consider myself a lucid dreamer. I'm not an artist, but I'd like to think of myself as a writer. Someday, I hope to accomplish my dream and become a published writer, I have a few ideas for some novels that I've started writing so far. The problem isn't the creativity but the lack of confidence and discipline or the bad habit of procrastination. Therefore, the stories that I do include in this gallery, I hope you'll take the time to view and give constructive feedback to help me improve my writing overall, please.
Fair warning, I've chosen the spider as my fursona or center of attention so I apologize for any discomfort but I won't change it at this point, I'm very proud of my choice. The reason is that I've always had a love/hate (or fascination/repulsion) to spiders as a child for their symbolism as well as being my "spirit animal" when constructing 3-dimensional artwork when I was younger (like wire sculptures and clay). For example, spiders are depicted as tricksters (like the raven or fox) in story-telling or creators in mythology. As quoted by Albert Camus, "In order to be created, a work of art must first make use of the dark forces of the soul."
Otherwise, please enjoy the artwork that I commission from these amazing artists, I'm always open to suggestions, comments, or even collaborations :)

Night - A Star-Crossed Romance
In light of new followers rising slowly, I wanted to take this opportunity to ask a question to a potential reading audience and give everyone the chance to input their thoughts into this dilemma. At some point, I will be writing a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure story based on science-fiction elements, inspired by anime like Tenchi Muyo, Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop, etc. Lately, I've been writing other stories of a similar design but I wanted to try a 'star-crossed romance' novel after reading Arcana: A Mystic Romance app. Instead of the typically-favored fantasy genre I use, I'd be using aliens and interstellar settings; the hope is to even try and employ the artist for Arcana too.
To go into detail further, the idea uses the theory of evolution where there are planets outside the solar system with life evolving from other species into humanoids instead of homo-sapiens (using a type of feline for example). What's more, is that I'd create importance on the human race by having them on an extinction-level, the remaining specimens becoming 'blood-money' on the black market by a race of vampire-aliens (evolved from leeches, mosquitos, bats, etc.). This would be the Red Route, focusing the romances on human characters (male and/or female) while the Green Route would focus on space-piracy, using a feline alien (female) and aquatic alien (male). The main selling point is that I make the story flexible in choices and the protagonist seemingly agender, using different physical archtypes and choice between a male or female romance.
The Blue Route is what I'm having trouble with deciding their species race. It would be a space-cadet setting where two teammates are a hulking male alien and a shortstack female alien. In this particular case, I am having second-thoughts on what the animals should be. At first, it was going to be a bull and a sheep but now I'm considering in thinking outside the box and use plants, insects, equine, avian, etc. To that end, I've made some voting-polls that I hope some of you will participate but feel free to leave commentary below here as well.
Thank you, I appreciate the feedback and I hope for the best here:
