By commissioning from me and/or ordering YCH (Your Character Here), you are agreeing to my style of art and the Term of Service (TOS) below. Read carefully before you order.

🟣GENERAL TERMS🟣

- Commissions and YCH’s are for personal use.
- You are commissioning for my style of art. Do not ask me to copy another artist's style.
- Must be 18+ to commission (especially for NSFW).
- Commissions and YCH’s are digital goods. No physical copies of the artwork.
- Please write in a nice and clear manner.
- Character/visual/pose references are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
- For YCH, follow the rules provided within the post.
- No NFT's
- No AI art
- I have the right to decline your commission request without explaination.


🟣NSFW🟣

- Must be 18+ to ordered nsfw
- What I will not draw:
Watersports/scat/toliet stuff
Noncon
Gore
Hyper
Sexual situations involving minors or cubs
Vore
Extreme gaping


🟣PAYMENT 🟣

- PayPal only.
- USD currency.
- Commissions cost under $100 must be paid in full up front before I start sketching.
- Commissions costing $100 and over, you have the option to paid in full or 50/50 payments. If you decided to do split payments, you must paid half before I start and paid other half after the approved sketch. (Split payments not available if you choose the sketch commission.)
- YCH’s must be paid in full upfront
- Provide your PayPal email. You pay after I agreed to your request and I sent you the invoice. DO NOT send money beforehand.
- I will not start until I receive full payment.


🟣PROCESS🟣

-Commissons and YCH’s can take about five weeks at most.
-Turnaround time starts after payment.
-Many factors affect the time making commissions such as; health, order of commission, complexity, work, or family issues.
-If any of the things stated above occurs and/or the commission taking longer, you will be notified as soon as possible.
- I'll send you a WIP (Work in Process) sketch to approve of before I start coloring it (Not available for sketch commission type).
-WIP’s might also be given if I, the artist, wondered something about the commission.
-After commission and/or YCH is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.
-Any major changes will come with an extra charge. Such as outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction; anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
-If your reference was unclear to start with, then you not allow to do minor changes without a fee.
-Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.


🟣COPYRIGHT/USEAGE POLICY🟣


-I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. I can use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself or post it to any site I want.
-The commissioner has the right to their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
-The commissioner are allow to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only. If you post the art, give proper credit to the artist.
-If you break the copyright infringements in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
-If you want the commission to be private, let me know in the beginning before payment. Fee is estimated 10% of total price.

🟣CANCELING/REFUNDING 🟣

-I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission and/or YCH at any time.
-You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist after payment are received.
-If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission and/or YCH.
-If you file a CHARGEBACK against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. You will be forbidden to ever commission me again. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want others to watch out for. I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
