Updates when I remember to post.... usually.....
Welcome on behalf of RTFM comics.
I moved my comic posting to a new account so as to keep it organized and separate from my main pictures. Don't worry, I'll still be posting over on my main account

FAQ
You have a question. Most people do. That's what this is here for. I will attempt to address some of the questions that are -bound- to appear as you immerse yourself in the world of my insanity. Have a question that is not covered here? I am always updating and tweaking so drop me a line. I'll see what I can do.

1) Just who the hell is _____?
You need to understand that my cast is large. Staggeringly ungodly massive. I try my best to explain who is who and who does what but chances are I may have forgotten someone. If you see someone I missed, let me know. Otherwise, the characters can be found listed here.
2) How do you come up with these characters?
Aaaaah, a classic. Every character in my arsenal is based off of someone I know or have known in my life. The basic flow is that I assign the person an animal based off of their personality. I take some liberation in their attitude and appearance but the basic gest of the person is still there.
There are, however a few exceptions.
Nathan, Sharon, and Aemi, for example, were assigned to characters that had nothing to do with their personalities. Instead, they were attached to animals that then got molded to suit them. This is partially because their animals (at least for Sharon and Nathan) don't exist in real life, but mostly because they were created long before I started assigning animals to people based on the rules I use now.
The only other exception comes for characters like Tyler, Keven, or Simon. Other characters were already made, and I decided to include the character's siblings. Since they are family, they were assigned the same species as the previously created character with no regard to their personalities whatsoever. I try not to do this often. Thankfully, not many of my characters have usable family members.
3) But the PORN!!! Where is the POOOORN?!
It is a well known fact among friends and watchers alike that I am a raving pervert with a great many questionable fetishes. However, I made this account with the purpose of organizing the comics. For pictures unrelated to the comic (yes, this includes the porn), see my main account
.
4) The characters and pictures are fur but the story clips appear to be full of humans! WTF??
Simple. I cannot draw humans easily to save my life. Sure, I -can- draw humans but the people in the story are people I know. When I try to draw them they come out looking NOTHING like they are supposed to. So to simplify, I do the art as furs.
Suck it up and live with it.
You'll get used to it.
5) Can I/My character be in your story?
In a word: Maybe.
There are billions of people in the universe and a LOT of background that should not be left empty. For the most part I use randomly generated people (like the customers at my store) but every now and then you may spot yourself in a cameo appearance. That dude at the concession stand look familiar? Swear you know that person on the park bench? It may not be a coincidence!
6) Sure, a cameo is cool and all, but can I be a -PLOT- character? I have these really cool powers and all my own weapons and and and...
Shut up.
NOTE: If I get to a point where I will be needing certain people to fill in a plot piece, I will ask. Sometimes I like to put people I know in a position (like a guard at a bad guy's hideout) where they will be more than just background filler. If I do need them (and I most likely will) it will be first come first serve.
However, my cast is big enough without needing MORE essential plot characters. So no. Just....no.
7) Do you take commissions/donations?
Yes, yes, a million times YES!
I am wallowing in a slew of my own debt and would LOVE any help with paying off my bills or buying more art supplies as I slowly burn out my paper and pens. Ask for a mailing address or drop tips to my paypal at tabby_cat_109@hotmail.com
You will be adored.
8) Are you posting anywhere else?
Actually, I am! I have started posting all my comics (and the odd doodle, rant, and reblog) over at my Tumblr!
Simply look up the tag RTFMcomics or go to http://aemidaniels.tumblr.com/ and click that follow button to get weekly updates! Fair warning though, I tend to get passionate about stuff that I can't usually post on FA so my rants can get a little.... heated.
