I just dropped out of an auction for an adopt because something has happened in my personal life which has made times hard for myself and my family. I just got a message from the artist saying "Please do not bid unless you are sure you want to participate in the auction."

First of all, everyone is allowed to pull out of a bid for any reason and no you're not entitled to know about it. You should just accept that people have their reasons and leave it at that. Don't go sending them messages to tell them off for it when you don't know what they're going through in real life. Please stop and think before you send messages like that.
