You are not allowed to use my art to train AI or for NFTs
As a self employed hobbyist artist I have the right to refuse service to anyone, no matter the reason. Whether it be your characters are too complicated for me, I am not comfortable working with you as a person, or I just can not accept a commission at a certain time due to my real life circumstances. I ask that you respect my decision to decline services.
What I can draw:*
Furry/Anthro
NSFW & SFW
SFW Feral only
Humanoid designs (Elves, orcs, neko, etc.)
Hard kinks*
What I won't draw:*
Feral NSFW
Bestiality
Minors/Kids/Babyfurs
Extreme Muscles
*If you are not sure if your character design is okay for me to draw please share the reference picture with me and I will let you know If i can draw it. Any hard kinks must be discussed with me prior and an additional fee will occur.
Payment:
All commissions are to be paid in full upfront. This is for my own safety. Currently there are no payment plan options available. Payments are accepted through PayPal only.
I will not hold a slot for anyone. My slots are first come first serve.
Process:
WIP’s will be provided to the customer during the commission process once fully paid. (Sketches etc.) The customer must stay in contact with me during the commission process.
The timeframe for commissions to be completed varies. My turnaround time ranges from 2-4 months. Commissions are worked on solely on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday). I do not draw during the weekdays.(Monday through Friday) If there are any delays expected the customer will be contacted.
References:
Reference images are required. I will not work with written descriptions.
You must have a proper digital flat colored reference image that I can work from. The only exception to that is if you are ordering just a sketch or lineart where I do not need any coloring information. If you have any extra art you have had made with said character I would love to see. It really helps with my drawing process to see the character in action in other drawings.
Commissions that require extra payments:
(Fees will be discussed prior to payment.)
Commissions with extra characters: Extra characters are double the base price. If you order a sketch for $65 an extra character added will be another $65. So on a so forth.
Commissions with heavily detailed characters: Depending on the characters details, I will ask more payment from you to compensate for the extra work. That will be determined through our consultation when you give me your characters reference and what type of commission you’d like to buy. When it comes to this, the max extra money you will spend is $20.
Commissions with color: Coloring is an extra fee. General pricing for coloring is $20 extra depending on complexity of your characters design. This is subject to change depending on complexity of character design.
Commissions that include heavy kink art: An extra fee will be added on top of the base price for a commission including a hard kink. Since kinks vary the price will also vary and will be discussed with the client. I am open to drawing almost anything so please feel free to indulge with me what you would like.
Customer Satisfaction:
I do everything in my power to make sure you are happy with the completed work. You will have many opportunities to make changes during the WIP stage. However once the art is finished only small changes are allowed to be made such as; coloring or marking mistakes etc. Any great changes will come with an extra charge; such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
Cancel/Refund Policy:
I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission to you at any time and for any reason. You do not have the right to demand a refund from me for under any circumstances after payment is received. If payment has not been made yet the commissioner has the right to cancel a commission. If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out for. I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
Any statement can be subject to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
