As of 27/02/2020, my Terms of Service has been reworked and updated due to a change in my personal values.

By purchasing any of my adoptables, you agree to the following terms. If you have any questions, feel free to note me with such. These updated terms apply to previous, current and future adoptables.


WHEN BUYING:


- Payment must be sent within 48 hours unless a valid reasoning for any delay is provided via noting me.
- Please think prior to bidding/claiming to avoid backing out of your claim/bid.
- Payment, unless stated otherwise, is always done through Paypal.
- No refunds are available after purchase.
- Ensure that you have the required amount of money or will have it as soon as possible (you can request for the adoptable to be put on hold).
- Once you have bidded, you may not withdraw.

AFTER PURCHASING:

- You will receive the relevant files without a watermark present once the payment has been sent and I can confirm this; these files will be sent as soon as possible.
- You are able to edit any part of the purchased character -- this includes, but is not limited to some aspects of general appearance, colouring, name and gender.
- You are able to use the purchased character for commercial means, though I ask that you simply inform me of such beforehand with a note.
- Do not claim the character as one that you have made yourself.
- Do not use my artwork itself for commercial means; you can use the character you now own, but not the art I provide you with.
- You can resell the adoptable but you can only sell it for more than what you paid for if you are selling it alongside other artwork of such character.
- You are free to trade the character as you wish.
- Do not claim the art as your own/steal my art.


WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:


- You will receive files with and without a BG, with and without a white border surrounding the character and files with no watermarks present.
- Ownership of the character.
- Rights to use the character for commercial use as long as it aligns with the aforementioned terms.
- Permission to edit the design as you see fit.
- Create art and commission art of the character.
