Poured into a Snifter onto a Drum Pad with my roommate blocked by the bottle; lol.
Great things coming out of Mother's Brewery!

APPEARANCE: Pours a beautiful, hazy, ruddy, reddish-brown color with a nice, two finger khaki head. It reduces to a nice cap that retains for a LONG while.

SMELL: I smell toast, caramel, toffee. A bit of apple left out on a sunny day. Herbal hops. Moist soil after a fresh rain on a cotton field back home.

TASTE: I taste heavy caramel, crushed vanilla bean. A fresh cut into a loaf of white bread; bittersweet chocolate. Roasted grain. Crushed lemon zest. Freshly cut grass. Very interesting.

PALATE: Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied, comfortable, if prickly, mouthfeel. Alcohol is very well hidden under the complex flavor pattern.

OVERALL: One of my favorites, definitely going to try more from this brewery
