I’m using the highest quality glow powder available, and it’s expensive, but so worth it. It’s much much brighter than your standard cheap glow in the dark toy plastic, and depending on color will glow all through the night. Will also glow violently under UV blacklight, which is also a good way to “charge” them. The material is mixed into the resin, it’s not a paint or coating that will come off.
