"Hmmmph..." Jaime glared at his little sister. "Babies are DUMB. You're not even holding the book the right way Bri!" He knew the right way to hold a picture book. He was almost 3, and every big boy knew the little numbers in the corner went on the bottom of a page.
"Sooo? Don' cawe." Brienne just kept looking at her book, ignoring her brother much to his annoyance. "You're so stoooopid brienne! You can't even talk good. I'm gonna go play somewhere else." And with that, he picked up several cars and left the play room.
Brienne waited a few moments to make sure he wasn't going to come back, and sighed. "Finally!" she put down the silly book she had been looking at and pulled a different story book from the shelf, one with words, and settled down to read in peace and quiet. "Boys are so dumb sometimes..." she muttered to herself as she lost herself in the story in the now peaceful playroom.
