She stared down from her Imperial throne. Few dared to look her in the eye, for fear of what it might lead to. And yet, they were all subject to her whims - for only she could rule them.

Her court had assembled, once again, and announced their intentions. After thinking it over and judging their worthiness and abilities, Empress Biakko gave her verdict. Her word was law and to be obeyed, lest they suffer her wrath.

"Roll a D20," she said, with a wide smile.
