But it is the character.. it says in the description "Nala from The Lion King" which belongs to disney. Most fursuit makers don't make copyrighted characters to avoid the trouble.
Although I do believe that Disney has better things to do, I don't see why you're arguing about someone trying to help Temp avoid trouble.

Safer I suppose, but I've accepted the risk. I'd rather credit it with it's source than dance around what is obviously a lion king cosplay.
Most large companies turn a blind eye to a single cosplay piece.... if I started advertising myself all over the place as LION KING Cosplay and Disney character maker, the Mouse may take notice. But in the end companies have bigger fish to fry than nailing a single hobbist to the wall when there are a ton of Snow Whites and Wolverines and Jedis running around.
