Commission for Nicodemus.
Smoke and embers rise from a flame kissed wok filling the kitchen lit by a bright sunny day beyond a window off scene. As a western Rat aggressive cooks an eastern cuisine agitating the cooking fire. The sweet and spicy scents drift on the still air.
I spent to much time on this one. I was asked to paint Nicodemus (The Fur, not the character for the Secret of NIMH), cooking Asian food with a Wok. This is what I came up with. The step by steps of this one can be found on my Patreon page (for any Patrons).

This is absolutely stunning. I know I said it every time you streamed, and I hope that I didn't sound like some wide-eyed drooling fanboi too much. The detail, the shading, the textures, the colour, and the fact that I was able to watch more of the effort you put into the whole process ... well, that was just pure awesome.
I said this was going to be an epic picture, and ... here we have sheer EPICNESS.
*bows low and nickers warmly* ... Can't wait to see the next one, but this one will definitely be special to me because I was able to watch it develop. The streams are great fun.

This was painted with an actual set of paint brushes, with paints from a tube, placed on a palette (Proof: https://www.patreon.com/posts/grey-scale-3748147), onto a gessoed panel, as I stood before an easel for hours, in my studio.
I am told over and over that this is a rare thing now a days. *Shrug*

So much wonderful stuff going on! The detail in the clothing, fur, character, wok and fire, background - wuffy is overwhelmed by all the "epic" before him! *grins*
