Owing to the miracle of google maps, I was able to find a recent image of this building. It's still there and has tenants, including a cell phone dealer and a medicinal marijuana shop. Many buildings on that stretch have been torn down, some replaced by chain drug stores and fast food shops. Some were replaced with nothing.
I graduated in 2002. I was mainly in the LABBB program, however. Despite being in LABBB, I still got to go to take regular classes, including math, computers, and art. Also, with LHS being one of the top high schools in the state, I was actually really grateful to attend that school.
