I totally understand, I do hope someone is able to buy it outright but in the off chance they can't do let me know. I get paid monthly on the 3rd of the month. I do get smaller checks in between the bigger check but they're sadly never consistent with amount but I could try to do more up front for the first payment if I can catch more hours at work (we have 2 people leaving so I'm hoping to get more hours at least for a bit).
