Ian is a Sona I would like to develop a little more. He's my only male Sona, and strangely enough, he is the most like me. Well, he is the most like I used to be, before I became disabled, that is. He's a very active little dude, and he loves a good thrill, like catching the perfect wave, and riding it in to shore. Surfing was one of the more difficult things for me to learn, since I didn't get to the Ocean a whole lot, but when I did, I would get on a board, and wipe out, with the best... err.... the worst of them? LOL But, seriously, it was really fun, to ride the waves, feeling free, and just letting the water take you where you wanted it to. I was definitely much better at Boogie-Boarding, than I was at surfing, but when I was able to stay up, on my rented board, it was total exhilaration! Being on the East Coast, close to the Atlantic Ocean, we don't have quite the waves, that the Pacific boasts, so it's not like I was ever stuffed in the barrel, but I have gotten a good run, on some small pipes. I miss being able to be active, like I used to be. I miss Surfing, Rock Climbing, Cycling, and Rollerblading... among other things that I used to really enjoy doing. I truly did enjoy the freedom those activities gave me. Live long! Live free!
