For the longest time I've not been able to find any good sushi, tried a few store bought that were passable but then one of the supermarkets I go to started a sushi stand where they make it fresh on the spot and it's by far the best I've ever had so far. So now every saturday I have sushi (Though I have to fight other people for it since it sells like crazy so often the selection is limited...Though that's part of the fun I guess as sometimes I can get a treat when I can pick something different for once when I get to the stand early. :3 ) I've also gotten pretty good at handling chopsticks by now if I say so myself, took a bit of getting used to and i'm still not entirely sure if I'm really holding them correctly, but I can manage to pick up single grains of rice now with them. :3

Anyways, cute image if a little strange... I mean it seems like something out of a dream when things get a bit strange when the laws of normality go out the window. :p

Oh yes, where sushi is concerned, the fresher the better! We have a local sushi restaurant that is one of those 'sushi go round' places, where little plates of sushi travel around on a conveyor belt past the tables - and they have really reasonable prices on a large variety of sushi and other japanese food. Very tasty. But you do get the freshest fish when you order it directly from the chefs, which we often do. I think I also don't hold chopsticks the "right way", but as long as it works, right? (the same can be said for the way I hold a pencil, too XD)

...ow? I can't imagine that degree of self-mutilation would feel too pleasant. Poor, strange supernatural cat.
