Hmm, not 100% fond of this one.
Her hips just kind'a BLAST out of her pelvis, and there's enough room between her legs for me to stick my whole hand through. I know shapely hips are considered very attractive, but there's a critical mass zone that you can hit where they just start to look ridiculous. The way her legs are posed I half-imagine that both of her feet are pointed INWARD to creat that sort of odd contortion of upper calfs. Bleh...
That aside, the coloring is phenominal. Black with powder purple is certainly pretty. Too dark and it would've looked like it was either see-through or part of her body. Also, thank you for not having rock-hard nipples poking out. That would've completely defeated the purpose of the BIKINI theme. So, props for that.
Also, I like the little bits of silver here and there. On her forehead, ears and around her necklace. It keeps her from being completely featureless and boring. The hands are simply gorgeous. It takes a good artist to make hands in complex poses, and these are certainly nice to look at, especially the one on her hip. The foreshortening there is very strong and evenly done.
A solid piece, past the hips.
Got a minute? Check out my comic, "Wulf Mountain"!

Thanks for the critique here. I do appreciate it. While this pic is now a year old, I do admit that I still have some difficulty with poses like this, but do continue to work with it and try to improve on it. Besides that, I'm very glad that you like this pic! :3
