Reaping Time (Under Steely Skies)
Finished! This took a long time. But, i am pleased, and feel it may have been time well spent...
Anyhow, i don't feel like typing an essay for a caption this time. I still have to catch up on a crapload of comments on my last few pieces from wonderful people who probably feel ignored. ;_; I've gotten bad at that...
Anyway, enjoy, you all!
And just for the record, The Hue/Saturation tool is my new best photoshop friend (next to my old pal Curves). Soooo useful. I love subdued colours.

I realize just now, that Equustra and Tybalt have basically the same eye color. O_O; Well in Tybalt it is sky blue and magenta, Equustra has mint green and magenta, right? But that's really strange... you have something in common with my boy. ^^;

mmm, very interesting. i won't pretend to comprehend, but I will consider it for a while; that adds a whole lot more to the picture than I was considering before X3. I was paying attention to the duality of the natural (wheat) and unnatural (smoke-stacks/pollution) elements of the piece; but I suppose scrutiny and judgement fit well, (and flesh out) the reaper as well.
Reaping harvesting wheat/lives; judgment and scrutiny perhaps (of) those responsible for the unsavory elements of the piece? An animal (unnatural) playing the part of absolute justice over what seems to be unnatural (human) elements?
I will think about this indeed!
