*grin* Been there, seared that. :) I've heard that some Asian restaurants use two flavor scales, depending on the nationality of the diner. If an American diner at a Thai restaurant asks for "hot," he may be served what a Thai diner would consider "mild." If he specifically asks for "Thai hot," much screaming and mouth-fanning may follow, and until his new taste buds come in, everything will taste like tofu. ;)
